Kurt Cobain Part 2: Conspiracy or Tragedy – Episode #40
Kurt Cobain Part 2: Conspiracy or Tragedy
Kurt Cobain’s death on April 5, 1994 was officially ruled a suicide by the Seattle Police Department, and police have consistently maintained that finding in the decades since. This episode is Part 2 of a two-part series and focuses on the murder theories that have circulated around his death, none of which have resulted in any charges being filed.
The central theory comes from Tom Grant, a private investigator hired by Courtney Love, whose findings form the basis of the documentary “Soaked in Bleach.” Grant’s theory rests on Cobain’s high morphine levels, questions about the handwriting in the suicide note, and the absence of verifiable fingerprints on the shotgun. Each point is disputed in the episode: the toxicology report did not specify whether the morphine measurement was a free or total count, and the fingerprint check did not happen until roughly a month after the scene had already been repeatedly handled by first responders.
No evidence has been produced that proves anyone else was involved in Cobain’s death, and no charges have ever been filed in the case. The hosts present the theories as open, unresolved questions rather than conclusions, and the episode closes with the three of them divided on how much weight the unproven claims deserve.
- Seattle Police officially ruled Kurt Cobain’s death a suicide, based on the scene, the shotgun, and the note found with the body, and police have consistently maintained that finding.
- Theory (Tom Grant, private investigator hired by Courtney Love, as detailed in the documentary Soaked in Bleach): claims Cobain’s death was arranged rather than self-inflicted; no evidence supports the claim and no charges were ever filed.
- The toxicology report listed morphine at 1.52 milligrams per liter, which the theory characterizes as roughly seven times a typical lethal dose, but the report did not specify whether that figure was a free or total morphine count, a distinction that changes how the number should be read.
- Handwriting was reportedly reviewed by experts who agreed the opening portion of the note was Cobain discussing his decision to quit performing; theorists point to a shift in handwriting style in the final lines as unproven grounds to suggest someone else added to it.
- When police checked the shotgun for fingerprints about a month after the death, no verifiable prints were found; theorists cite this as suspicious, though the month-long gap and repeated handling of the scene by first responders make the result inconclusive.
- A separate, unverified claim from a musician known as El Duce alleged he was offered money to kill Cobain; he reportedly passed a polygraph test, which is not admissible as legal evidence, and the claim was never substantiated in any court.

And probably some things that might offend you, but don’t listen to this, can’t wait till you listen. Yeah, don’t, if you’re 18, up, don’t do it if you’re 18. Yeah. Hey guys, welcome back to the Conspiracy Podcast, episode two of Kurt Cobain. Oh yeah, we’re going to dive deep into this one. Deep, deep, deep. H, beep. Obviously, if you have not listened to part one, you won’t know what we’re talking about, and you will hate it, and you will leave a one star, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, which I refuse to accept. So go back, back, listen to episode one, get all the info as we dive into this.
This is really the conspiracies of, and the, the poor polic manans ship, policeman, [bleep], among other things. And before, before we get started, just wanted to do a quick little shout, because we just want you guys to know we do look at our social media, and we, we, we do see everything you guys do. So if you guys want to hit us up too, you can either send us an email, info atth conspiracy podcast.com, send us a DM, just leave us a comment on our social media, that really helps a lot, it’s pretty great actually to see, because we’re getting, um, we’re getting about 10 emails or reaches almost a day, and it’s, it’s, it’s pretty cool to, to see everybody’s really into it, and everybody’s really appreciating the fact that we try, we’re taking serious subjects, and we’re trying to lighten that mood, but at the same time bring the facts, bring the facts, what is this, like we don’t need to go over the birth of KT Cobain, but maybe it’s a good exercise to do it.
True, we do appreciate you guys see it. We’re not trying to disrespect these topics, these people, these incidents, like you know, it’s just, would you rather just be depressed about it, or like, would you rather have a little fun while getting a little information, and we still get to talk about it. Yeah, hopefully we entertain you guys, and the fact you guys keep writing in, it makes us keep wanting to show up. Yeah, for sure, because we got lives, we’re hella famous now. I mean, I wouldn’t say hella famous, like crazy famous, crazy. If you saw, I guarantee, if you saw any of us in real life, you would not know who the [bleep] we were.
I love it though, that’s the best part. Yet, that’s the best part. So the point is, we love you guys, we love the feedback, keep it coming. Yeah, that’s right. All right, let’s go, let’s go. Okay, so Kurt Coan, we went over in the first episode, Kur cocaine, sorry, we went over in the first episode, uh, about his life, and, and how he rose to fame, and all the way leading up to his death. Yes. And so here we go. So sometime on the evening of April 5th, he barricaded himself in his studio above the garage, locking one of the French doors, propping a stool against the other.
I mean, okay, real quick, would you really call putting a stool in front of a glass French door barricading? I don’t. You’re right, you’re absolutely right, he barricaded, I don’t agree, on, yeah, this point, yeah. But let me, is ready to roll, he put a [bleep], honestly, it’s, it’s a dumb stool, it’s like that stool right there, put like a fold up chair. Let me say this though, there was a, there was a discrepancy there about the stool, cuz it wasn’t, wasn’t even there. It was not, it was not at the door, it was in the room, but it was not at the door. Now, it was reported, or it was, it was commented as that by one of the policemen, but then it turned out to be from another one that it wasn’t.
So there’s even, so the one police’s like, this a barricade? Yeah, it’s like a barricade. But then the other one’s like, no, we found it in the room, but it was off over there to the side. When you think of barricade, what do you think of, dude? I think of like concrete [bleep], spikes on the road, like there’s like literally like sharpened wood. Yeah, right. Yeah, I mean, I was thinking you don’t want somebody to come through, you want somebody, or like a bookcase is pushed in front of the door, you know what I’m saying, like zombie apocalypse. Exactly, dumb, dumb, [bleep], grab the file cabinet, [bleep], push it in front of the door, quick, grab the stool, they’ll never get in, they’ll never break the glass and move the stool.
Okay, so apparently he barricaded himself in the studio, and so some people call it a, hypthetically, yeah, some people call it a studio, some people call it the room above the garage, some people call it a green, exactly. So he wrote a one-page note, which Eric has a, has a copy of, let’s flash it, let’s flash to the camera so they can see, anyways, we’ll put on social media, but he, he wrote a one-page note, and it was addressed to Boda. Who the [bleep] is that? B, can you see that, and that’s b o d d a h, why, why is the A and the H capitalized?
So this is the item, is that weird? So this is the item, and I’m going to just, I’ll show you, basically it was poked like this, mhm, in the garden, just sitting there. Nice, that’s when the police walk in. Little, little garden bed, or what? Yeah, I mean, I guess the thing is, like, this is handwritten, and this is some of the shittiest handw running I’ve ever seen, so it might be real easy to, apparently Boda was a like an imaginary friend when he was a kid, when his parents got divorced, so he wrote this to an imaginary friend. I, that’s even more sketch. So it was propped in a mound of dirt from an overt turned plant.
Supposedly he smoked a few cigarettes, drank a can of root beer, then injected himself with a cocktail of heroin and Valium. Wow. He then put the drug paraphernalia back into the cigar box, so the needles, the, the drug, the spoon, the, the cord, and he put it back in the cigar box, he laid it in, he laid down two towels and a brown corduroy jacket. He, now this is debatable, he opened his wallet to show his driver’s license, to show it to, where, like, so, so, so if you’re, you know how you have your, your driver’s license in the first one, he maybe slided up, right, some people say that he did that to show people what his, like, to verify his body, because he was shooting himself in the head.
Oh, but I want to say, like, it’s like Kim Kardashian, like, dies, and they’re like, who is this, who could this be, but who, this person, but, but per one report from a cop, they were the ones who pulled it out to see who it was, to verify the, yeah, they were like, oh, wellet, let’s check, that makes more sense, that makes way more sense. They pulled it out the wallet, and they placed it there so they could take a picture of it. Okay, blonde hair, this is Kurt Cain’s house. Yeah, like, they’ll never know who it is, know that, they didn’t know that, they didn’t know that, got a call, they would find, they just got a call.
Easy for them to find out, very easy, if it’s registered to him. Sure, but maybe it wasn’t. The point is, they didn’t know when they showed up, they didn’t know, and that’s, that was the paramedics, you remember, he said nobody knew actually who it was. And you know, he was, he was barricaded. So he then reached for his REM M11, which we then determined, we did determine, because I know, so in episode one I did make a comment on whether or not it was a pump action shotgun or a tactical s shotgun. So we did confirm that this Remington is a, it’s a, it’s a recoil action shotgun, so meaning the Recoil of the gun, when you shoot it, Cycles the next round, so it does automatically spit out a shell casing after firing, right?
So you pull the trigger, boom, yeah, the Recoil of the gun causes the action to then load another shell into the chamber, right? Yeah, so therefore expelling the spent, the spent shell casing. Okay, so we did clarify that, we clarified that, yeah. So apparently he was laying on the floor, and he grabbed the shotgun, and with the shotgun stock gripped between his sneakers, so between his feet, mhm, right, and using his thumb, and the, the shotgun was Inver Ed, mhm, and no, with his left hand, might, it might, right, you said the left hand was gripping, gripping the stock, Barrel, the barrel, yeah, yeah, and so then he pulled the trigger with his thumb, right.
But, but the gun, the gun was inverted, so therefore the shell casing should shoot out to the right hand side, that’s right, but the shell was found on his clothes on the left hand side, which is in probable, like physic, physics doesn’t Ricochet this, show to the side, unless, unless he was facing the way, and like he, like, spiraled, fell down after he shot his head, or is it possible that, like, the shotgun could have turned around as it shot? There you go, that is one, is possible. I mean, I, I don’t know the physics of that, but, no, like, just turned, hits a thing, so let, ined it, like, turns in his hand, he’s like holding, he’s like turn, then it turns, yeah, that’s, I guess it’s possible, that seems possible.
No, I mean, but, but instantaneous, wouldn’t his hands clasp out of reflex? No, no, no, cuz if, let’s say if you shoot yourself, for example, so if you, the, the, am, I think it’s the amydala, whatever, like the thing that, no, so it’s like the thing at the bottom, so you get shot there, there’s no, all action stopped, there is no, the, it’s not a reflex, no, the syis don’t fire, it’s like nothing happens, it’s not like when the doctor bangs my thing, go like that, no, it, I don’t think there would be any reflexive thing. In your knee, it’s uh, his hand was gripping it because it’s um, R rigort, yeah, so the blood is actually congealing, so then his hand becomes like a stone.
The two days, yeah, that’s the two, the two days holding it makes it like a rock. Okay, okay, okay, so it’s totally possible, possible, I mean, yeah, when you shoot a shotgun like you get some good recoil out of that. So his suicide note, okay, couple things on the suicide note, I’m not going to read the whole thing, cuz it’s a bit, it’s a, all, I can’t really read it. Yeah, well, I read, I can read the first one, Speaking Buddha bud. So a majority of it is about his music and to his fans, and so the first four paragraphs are about how he’s talking about how he didn’t enjoy the fame.
He’s like, this is your fault, so he, I like you, he’s actually very apologetic, and he’s just very much, he’s like, for example, when we’re backstage and the lights go out, and the manic roar of the crowd begin, it doesn’t affect me the way in which it did Freddy Mercury, who seemed to love and relish in the love and adoration from the crowd, which is something I admire and envy. The fact is, I can’t fool you, any one of you, it simply isn’t fair to me. The worst crime I can think of would be to rip people off by faking it and pretending as if I’m having 100% fun.
So he’s saying he didn’t like it, he didn’t really dig it the way Freddy Mercury did. Yeah, and he just didn’t, didn’t like it, feed off, [bleep] Prince, and he’s like, worship me, [bleep], sounds like he just lov the music, the music. Yeah, he should have been a ghost writer. He, that’s right, yeah. So then, and now, here’s where conspiracy theories jump in, right? So here’s the theory, here, the theory is, is that he took heroin, yes, mid this letter. Oh, for sure, cuz you can see how the, the writing just gets progressively smaller, yes, is like Wily Wonka’s contract. But conspiracy theorists, conspiracy theorists say that the second half of the letter was written by somebody else.
The second half, well, the second, like the, the bottom portion, the bottom, oh, like, for Francis, for her life, do you see how it just changes? It changes all the things. Yes, true, I would say that, that’s somebody else. Yeah, but like at the end it’s like, Francis and Corne, I’ll be at your altar, then it’s like completely different font. Yes, yeah, completely different. But the, but the, and stuff, doesn’t really, like, it’s not really compelling, it says, please keep going, Courtney, for Francis, for her life, which will be so much happier without me. Okay, really? Yeah, I mean, that’s the, the words of a suicide, right?
That’s true. Well, I don’t know what the rest is, is anything in the rest kind of alluding to death? No, I mean, he does, at the end of him talking about his music, the last three paragraphs are about, I have a goddess of a wife who sweats ambition and empathy, and a daughter who reminds me too much of what I used to be, full of love and joy, kissing every person she meets because everyone is good and will do her no harm. Anyways, you know, you get the idea, I, me saying, I have it good, I’m grateful, but since the age of seven I become hateful, and towards, towards humans in general.
I mean, I do think that, which is around the time when his parents were divorcing, and I don’t know, you know what I mean. I do think that it does seem like a gentleman letter for the most part, cuz like all the typos, that just, like, scratched down, thank you for that, makes it way more realistic, like [bleep], nope, scratch that out, and keep writing. So here’s, here’s the info on it, what was found by the aunt of Cobain, okay, in Courtney’s handbag, oh, was practice handwriting sheet? No way. Yeah, what, and this is in that documentary, right? Yeah, of, uh, Soaked in Bleach, soed her practicing his handwriting, uh, it’s debatable, you know, practice handwriting, right, and, and then it, like a notebook for practic, practicing handwriting kind of, that’s a little sketchy.
Yeah, so then it’s, Kirk Cain’s suicide note was analyzed by handwriting experts, who unanimously agree that the first portion in the bulk of the letter appears to be Kurt addressing his fans and discussing why he’s choosing to quit. Oh, so he’s like, I’m taking time off, like, I can’t do this, I love you, not a suicide note, he’s, I’m done, this is the letter that he was writing to quit Nirvana. That makes sense, cuz the, I don’t know why they got so much bigger on the end, right, only, completely different. Yeah, the only, a part that eludes to suicide is actually the part that looks like a different handwriting, sty, also look at, I think even, like, even the top part, like, even the, the two bua thing, is so much different, look at the top, Eric, the two, it’s those are, and add.
So there’s two, two sides, one is the conspiracy side, which is somebody else wrote it, and this, they took part of what he did, right, and just put it together, you know, and then added, and then added to it, or the other side, which is that he was high as [bleep]. Yeah, he’s also on heroin, yeah, but like, I mean, if you, if you should have hair in, like, a, you normally, are you functional? Yeah, exactly, are you? No, right, not to write a note. No, I mean, when maybe when you’re doing a, ha, on, on the level that he was, sure, right, I mean, look at all those crazy rock stars that would be performing, they do a whole concert, [bleep], high on heron, can you bet, I can’t even look at a guitar let alone like play it, and they’re like singing and playing and like sweating, and like, remember, he OD, and then he, he OD, then did a concert, are you kidding me?
Jesus Christ, I can’t even, I have a hard time taking care of my kid when I’m hung over, Jesus Christ, I’m not even, I’m not even doing heroin, I’m beard middle lights, honestly, I don’t even think I can mow the lawn tomorrow, I don’t think that’s going to happen, it’s too much, it’s too much. Yeah, so yeah, I believe he could do it, I think he could do it. So, so they have handwriting experts saying that it’s two different people, true, my, they have, then they have people, unanimously, yeah, saying that. I do think that he has been doing heroin for a very long time, and I think, his, he’s so, his tolerance, I think he can function while doing it, wow.
Okay, I do believe that, I do believe that, okay. All right, well, that leads into a perfect next one, no [bleep] layup. Yeah, so interestingly enough, Courtney Love hired a PI, and this PI was named Tom Grant, and this is a majority of what this documentary or movie is, and it’s called Soaked in Bleach, um. Jorge did their homework, Sean didn’t, first of all, they didn’t tell me about this [bleep], and I literally, I literally found out mid recording this, they like, you didn’t watch it? I was like, no, one, where’s my message? Yeah, well, you know, you know when you want to get ready, self, what’s the word, it was obvious, first of all, right, when’s the last episode that you did, bro, you going to step your game up, play booy.
Even, even the ones I, this, like, the only, that was like episode 4, I know, on episode 40. Okay, so that, he, she hired somebody by the name of Tom Grant as the private investigator, and his theory is that Courtney Love arranged his murder, and, oh, like, she didn’t do it, but she set it up, yeah, that’s right. Yeah, so did he ever have to go to court or anything about this, or no? It was just like, he didn’t, he never really provided enough evidence that he, he was like, something against that the police would do anything about it, whether or not, it’s like, me say other thing, they were probably going to get into, like, the shitty job that police, yeah, yeah, yeah, worse than OJ.
Okay, so the biggest argument in Grant’s theory is, in his toxicology report, it came back that he had 1.52 milligrams per liter of heroin morphine levels, which is the, the measurement of heroin. Is that a lot? I have no idea, is that like, is morphine the same thing as heroin, what do you, what, I’m, I’m confused. Heroin is an opioid drug made from morphine. There you go, yeah, so it’s the base, it’s like the base, right? Yeah, measurement, you know what I mean, yeah, cuz they don’t, so it’s like morphine is like the pure, like the, the [bleep] root, and then, like, yeah, it’s just like a, a lesser form.
Okay, so it’s 1.52 milligrams per liter, right, and there was volume in its blood as well? No, but do we know, is it like a, is it like mad high? Yeah, so per Grant, it’s seven times the fatal dose. Jesus Christ, seven times. Oh, so he should have just, maybe he was already dead, so that’s his argument, is one .52, it’s seven times what would kill me, I mean, that’s probably 20 times what would kill any of us. Yeah, yeah, straight up. So the idea stems from that, which is, then, okay, if he did the heroin, he couldn’t have written the note, no, or at least the note was written well ahead, and in addition he couldn’t have put it back in the box, no, hell no, yeah, and then he couldn’t have gotten in that position and then shot himself, that makes, and bar, bared the door, I mean, all these things, you know, he could have barricaded the door then shot himself up with heroin, but then, are you that capable?
Yeah, are you that capable, still, of the motor controls of, put, sitting down and putting shotgun to your head and pulling a trigger with seven times, seven times the legal, or not the legal, but he. Put it all away, the lethal, so you’re, you’re limit, you’re, you’re cooking it all, I don’t know how, do it, you know what I mean, and then you inject it, and then it’s instant, stra, I know, heroin straighten your bloodstream, I know, he’s L almost at, like, close to half an ounce of heroin. Yeah, which seems like a [bleep] exorbitant, H, it’s a lot of heroin, like, so now, obviously he’s been doing it years, but it’s a half an ounce of heroin.
Yeah, so that’s the biggest part, that’s, I’m saying, that’s, that does seem like a lot. Yeah, no, it’s definitely a lot, it’s seven times the lethal, yeah, [bleep] limit, seven times. I don’t know if he was, like, writing a letter, I know, on that, that maybe he wrote it before, he was deep, that’s what I’m saying, so he could have wrote it before. Can, really, can you, do you put it all away and tuck it away, all, maybe he did it, and then you smoke a cigarette, no, shotgun, you load it? No way. But then you put it into the garden, in the thing with the, with the, stab it in the garden?
No way. And then, way, and then you, you load the shotgun, you lay down, you put all your [bleep] away into the box, and then pull the trigger, not with seven times, not with, no, right, if you’re talking about like a normal, regular amount of heroin, a normal, regular, I just don’t think, I just don’t know, I’m just, B, mov, still function a little bit. I’m basing it all in movies where they put it in, and they, me too, me too, that’s what I’m saying, move, I, I have to be the voice of saying, because none of us have done heroin, so none of us really know what it’s like, especially, and none of us have done heroin for 10 years.
Good point, good point, so I don’t know how, like, functioning heroin attics operate, CU, I just don’t know. I know if he was, he was at seven times the legal limit of Miller lights, he’s not writing that letter, not, well, well, one thing that is against the conspiracy of it, is that there’s two types of measurements, one is called free morphing count, and the other is called total morphing count. Okay, okay, and so some forensic studies have been done where free morphine count would measure the immediate morphine that has not been broken down by protein, it’s like not metabolized, that’s right, yeah, so those measurements are different because, of course, because your body will eventually break down anything, so you could have done it a day ago and there’s still some in there, and that’s part of the total morphine account, mhm, but not part of the free morphine account.
Okay, right, so when they did the toxicology report, they did not specify if it was free or total. Oh, so meaning that could have been, this residual could have been from four days ago. Yeah, it’s like he just been, he’s been pumping it up for [bleep] days, and they’re, oh, it’s total morphing counil, H, that seems, that seems plausible. Okay, it’s just the, it’s the anti- argument, you know what I mean? Yeah, you love to’s like [bleep], you Jge actually, sto Jge stopped listening 30 seconds ago, of which, of which, yeah. So, of which, the survivable free morphing count is 0.12, but he was at 1.5, 0.12, but he was at 1.5, 1.2, but the total is different, you see how they’re just different calculations, and so we don’t know, we don’t know which one was what.
So even if it was point, even if it was at, cuz like, even if he at 1.2 and it was in the, in the free, the free Ming count, that’s like deadly, is like 0.1, point 0.12, so he’s still 12x [bleep], but we don’t know. So it continues to this day, we don’t know if it was free or total morphine. My is, I think, either way, it’s still a [bleep] little morphine, like, it’s a lot, in either, a lot, it’s a lot, but the lower one would be functional, because it would be 0.12 for a normal person, or, no, for him, for, no, no, they were just, no, they were, they were saying, no, so his free morphing count at the time was, point, we don’t know, it’s either, it’s it’s either one, it’s 1.25, but we don’t know if it was free or total.
No, but no, you were saying, like, the lower number would have been functional, if it was 0.12, if it’s free morphine count is 0.12, is fatal. Yeah, if it’s total, then it’s much more, it’s like five. Oh, okay, okay, okay, there’s a difference. Yeah, it’s confusing, so if it was total, he would have been, he would have been functioning, he been, like, yeah, yeah, but we don’t know, I understand that, understand, because the toxicology report specify, they did a super thorough job. Honestly, do you remember how you had the C test, and it was the cheap one? Yeah, they’re like, everybody’s posi, yeah, no, and eight out of 10 of these are wrong, yeah, uh, but, but it’s like $4.99, I’m, I’m going to go and take that one, I’m going to take that one, they take, they’re like, inconclusive.
Yeah, what, so you see how, you know, I’m not saying it’s for or against, but we just don’t, don’t know, we don’t know, and they, they did a poor, this is actually early on in the whole forensic files land, you know, the early 90s, it wasn’t quite, it wasn’t like hot, it wasn’t streamline, so I don’t, I, I don’t know. On, he was high, oh, 100% he was high, for sure, he was totally high, I’m not, no one’s, no one, no one’s refuting the fact that he was high, he was high 100%, high, but the question then is, because that’s the biggest part of Tom Grant’s conspiracy, levels were so high that he couldn’t even do anything, right?
Yeah, right, okay, a couple other things. Yeah, the shotgun, so it’s a Remington Model 20 gauge shotgun, it was purchased by Dylan for him, his homie, that guy, proba, feels like [bleep], and like we had said, oh, so bad, like we had said, Cobain didn’t want to purchase the gun in his name because he thought the police might seize it, because they seize the other guns before it. Yeah, right, the, the police had taken away his guns twice in the previous 10 months, twice. Okay, yeah, thought it was just the one time, yeah, we only knew about one. King County Medical Examiner noted puncture wounds on the inside of both the right and left elbows, so, like, puncture wounds from, like, needles, unknown, why would, yeah, inc into your elbow, unknown, that’s all I got.
Okay, the day of finding the body, they didn’t check for fingerprints, they walked in, they walked in, yes, they, like, they were touching everything, like, toally, we don’t need gloves, they’re like, this is a suicide. Yeah, they, oh, yeah, 100%, they didn’t have like protocols back then, so they didn’t check for fingerprints, so then later, on May 6th, 1994, they decided to check for fingerprints. Yeah, but I’ll say one thing, I mean, May six is a month later, just so we’re all, yeah, yeah, but, but the guys that showed up, so the police that showed up that ruled it a suicide, one thing we left out, Courtney Love had called the police to report him as a missing person.
Yeah, but she filed a report under the mom’s name, that’s right, what, yes, two or three days earlier, two or three days later, and she said that, the mom says, right, but she said to the cops, I think he’s suicidal, and so they were, so, so by the time they show up there, they’re already kind of, you know, Sude, suicide colored, or whatever you call it, right, like with this preconception of, like, oh, it’s a suicide, like, you know, this guy’s suicidal, why would she, F, that’s whole sketch, with, under of the mom’s name. Yeah, well, she says that it was like to keep her name out of the press, and, oh, you’re not [bleep] relevant anymore, sorry, like, she was at the time though, definitely was not at that time, she was, dude, yeah, she still was, 100%, never heard, hole.
So on the fingerprints, they then ran the prince, but they there was not a single print that was verifiable, yeah, it’s a month later, smudged prints, of which then they also determined that it was wiped. Well, I mean, it’s also, like, you know, but it’s a month later, it’s a month later, like the, but at the same time, it’s wiped, but it could have, conspiracy theorists go, the [bleep] gun was wiped, well, it could have been from them touching things, they’re like, yeah, they’re touching, touching, touching, that’s explainable to me. On, they [bleep] up on the crime scene is what you’re saying. Yeah, it’s been a month, it’s been a [bleep] month, you know how many people have been touching, touching everything in there, true, like, doesn’t it doesn’t work either way, it doesn’t help, yeah, it just [bleep] everything up.
Yeah, but that’s a huge part of the, the conspiracy, which is that the, there were no fingerprints, and it was wiped. Yeah, so obviously you can’t kill yourself with no fingerprints, and you can’t, somebody wiped it, you know, it’s a straight, it’s a straight movie where they, you know, well, here’s other thing that I would like to know, because we have to look at things scientifically. Dude, Sean has turned a leaf, I mean, we’re in episode 4, something, but episode one he was like, [bleep] conspiracy, alien come down now, H firster, everything conspiracy, for the last seven years, er’s been trying to convert me over, notel in cons, he is now more being scient, all know is you, and then we’re in, no, no, I will never, I will never fully convert, but I do have to look at it from a perspective.
Okay, it’s been a month, yeah, so you’re able to take fingerprints, because it’s the oils in the skin that that leave the fingerprint, how long do those last on a surface? I don’t know, I don’t know the answer, if it’s like a month before it dissipates, it, you. Can’t be like, oh well, the [bleep], there’s no fingerprint. Well, if it was a month later, and they, the oils don’t last that long, well, then that’s why. But AR fingerprints last forever. No, they don’t, that is, you don’t know, that is a lie, they do not last forever, like, no, not forever. Okay, fine, not forever, but, but that’s a good question, how long, if we find Jesus’s, like, you know, the cloth, you know, the, the, oh, yeah, yeah, if his finger’s on there, is it on there?
I don’t know the answer, there’s no scientific way to know how long a latent fingerprint will last, that’s, could be. Okay, so fingerprints have been developed on porous surfaces 40 years and later after their deposition, on nonpor services they can also last a very long time. Okay, okay, all right, all right, well, a couple points of just finances, let’s talk finances for a second. Yeah, okay, yeah, so Kirk Cain died without a will, so upon his death, half of his worth and future earnings were put into a trust estate for his daughter, Francis, we kind of mentioned that, uh, the other half was given to Courtney Love because they were still married, they didn’t go through with a divorce.
Okay, yeah, at that time it was estimated around $120 million, today the entire state is nearly half a billion dollars, but it’s also worth noting that he did call his lawyer, that’s right, he did, to try to get, try to remove Courtney from his will, right? Yeah, that’s right, but didn’t, didn’t that happen back in Rome, like, back in that time period when he was, I’m going to divorce her, I want to quit Nirvana, all that stuff? Yeah, yeah, but apparently those documents were, were brought up, but he didn’t sign it. O yeah, so that’s why it didn’t execute. Do we know when it was brought up, like, during the Rome time?
It was during the Rome time, not like the day before, no, but it was a couple, wa, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, during the Rome time. So maybe it’s during the Rome time and she’s like, we’re hypn, yeah, right, don’t sign it, hypn, yeah, absolutely, go to sleep, go to sleep. It was, it was well known, so it was well known that Kurt was unhappy with their marriage, and he wanted to divorce her, if he did do that, she stood to inherit nothing, they had a prenup. That is a strong motive, that’s what, money is a motivation, strong, although, so they never signed it, so he died, she got everything, aside from what Francis got, so she got the rights to his music, his name, his image, image, his likeness, and she was set for pretty much, if she, if she, if she’s, what do you mean, pretty much, if you’re not set for life with a100 millionar, like, you are a piece of [bleep].
Like Kain, kirain is one of the highest grossing dead musicians in history, but really, okay, here’s what’s crazy, so if you remember the dates, he was only famous for like three years. Years, yes, like nothing, that’s nothing, that’s zero years, and he died at 27, that’s like nothing amount of time, but the, the level of famous was definitely high, it was up there, but everybody benefited, his managers, record labels, oh yeah, they’re all, everyone’s, yeah, and he, I mean, from sources, he wanted to quit, he was done, yeah, maybe, maybe it wasn’t Courtney, maybe it was, maybe it was the record company, they, like, he’s going to quit, and they’re like, kill him.
So here’s a couple of theories, isn’t there a thing of that, the 27, like, yeah, he’s part of the 27, he’s part of the 27, so he died when he was 27, there’s a lot of other rock stars that have died from 20, at the age of 27, throw them out, who are they, from overdose specifically? Right, James, who else are they? We got members of the club, Kurt Cobain, Brian Jones, Jim Morrison, Amy win house, Janice Joplin, Jimmy hen, Robert Johnson, Jimmy Hendrick, there, Jim Morrison, Jim Morrison. Okay, so there was a person and a musician who, there’s a musician who went by the stage name of El El, came forward, yeah, he came forward after Kurt’s death and claimed that Courtney Love offered him 50k to murder Kurt and then to stage it as a suicide.
Wait, who is this guy though, like, he’s some, he’s someone trying to get famous? Yeah, exactly, but here’s what’s crazy, here, what’s crazy, he turned her down because he didn’t think she was serious, but he would have, expected if he thought she was serious, after, serious, I take it, after Kurt’s death, he came forward and spoke about it in, like, in an interview that was in a biop, and he accidentally let a name slip, named Allen, he’s like, oh, whoops, Allen, oh, oh, Allan took the contract, Allan, who, he said, I know, he didn’t say, we don’t know, he said, took the, took the contract, yes.
Then, so he passed a li detector test, to which, which is not admissible in court, means nothing. So then, right after that, myster, seriously, he passed out on a railroad track and was beheaded by a train. What, I’m sorry, he, who’s, who in the entire history of mankind has passed out on a railroad track? I must go take a little nap on the railroad. Did he happen to have seven times the le, the leal limit, exactly? Is that so weird? He had a pound of heroin in his system, he was taking a little nappy nap, [bleep]. So local investigators, local pis, local podcast listeners, they looked into it, and they found somebody by the name of Allan wrench, who is believed to be the hitman that Courtney Love wound up hiring.
Dude, the fact that this guy fell asleep on the railroad tracks, that’s the most, that’s the sloppiest job of killing a dude, ever. So that’s, that’s one, that’s wild, I’m just exhausted. That’s a conspiracy, first of all, you had to find ra tracks, you got to, you got to go search them out, you got to go, also, you couldn’t move enough to not be beheaded, are we just going to sleep on the rocks next to the railroad, like, what the [bleep], oh God, I’m just going to lay down, I’m just going to lay down on the track with my head right there, like, you’re being beheaded by a knife, you’re being beat by a train, Jes, am, might actually, faster, wow, sorry buddy.
So that’s super sketch, sorry. L douche, l duche, l duche, c e, it’s, it’s douch, douche, douche, maybe de du, a dece, dece a ad, you’re trying to, you’re trying to, like, fancy it up with douch, it’s Duce E, I don’t like, you, like number two, yeah, well, Deuce, du EC, Allan Deuce, I don’t, okay, another, yeah, another. Okay, here’s another conspiracy, it’s rumored that Kristen puff, FFF, it’s PF FF, okay, yeah, s, so it’s rumored that Kristen, the, who was the basis in courney love’s band, whole, was secretly in love with Kurt, and they wanted to desperately get away from Courtney and the drug scene.
After Kurt’s death, she was devastated, she quit whole, moved back to her hometown in Minnesota, got sober and recuperated, 2 months later she returned to Seattle to pick up the last of her belongings and say goodbye, but she never left, in the day of her departure, she was found in her bathroom, overdosed on heroin. Oh God, was this before or after his death? After, right after his death, after his death, so she was distraught by his death. Oh, okay, okay, quit hole, she quit hole to get the band, and then went to Seattle, overdosed, and there’s even evidence that Courtney yelled, let herur, in front of everybody, saying, stay the way, stay away from, from Kurt.
I mean, I can see, like, her being in this, in love with him, but I don’t, I don’t, I don’t necessarily believe that one. Now, in the documentary, what’s it called again, Soaked and Bleach, Soaked and Bleach, so Tom, I don’t like that name, I really don’t like it, yeah, okay, it’s like [bleep] G, Garling, bleach, like drowning, like too much. In the documentary, they go over how Courtney was very jealous of the relationship, or of, at least, them, like, talking and getting, you know, getting closer or whatever, so I don’t know, just, just to mention that she was very, I can see that, her being, she wants that cash, bro, she seems like a jealous, she seems like a cash hungry, jealous and controlling, at least that’s how they describe her.
Yeah, makes sense, I mean, and Soaked and Bleach, yeah, she, she was Soaked in Bleach. So lastly, in, in 2014, the Seattle Police Department decided to develop four roles of film that had been in the evidence vault for 18 years, and release them. Jesus. So you can go see those, but it’s really just photos of, like, his Converse and the window and nothing, it’s just like the wall, honestly, and the guy, you remember, I showed you the photo of the guy with a shotgun, that was one of them, okay, and, you know, so nothing, nothing special, yeah, and then his FBI file was released recently, nothing special, two pages of nothing, yeah, really.
So there you go, that’s Kirk Cobain, that’s interesting, because, like, when, at the time, again, according to this documentary, you guys got to watch that too if you haven’t seen it. So, so Tom, the PI, you know, he was trying to investigate, still, what was going on, he goes to the police department trying to just find out what’s up with these pictures, what’s up with these photos, what, you guys find out, this and that, and they were basically telling, we’re not, we’re not releasing them, we’re not even developing them, yeah, forget about it, just, like, forget about these pictures, like, they’re not, we’re not, shut, leave us alone.
That’s crazy, I don’t mean to be morbid, but I think it would be relevant to see what he looked like. Yes, yeah, totally, like his autopsy photo. Well, yeah, because we don’t even know if it was in his neck or head, mouth, we have no idea, all we do know is that the param shot by. A shotgun, yeah, but remember the paramedics were like, yeah, you could still see that it was him. Yeah, but also, was the op toops, I mean, a shotgun is insane. Yeah, I know, it’s like, do you, like, shot in the arm with SH, that seems, that seems unreasonable. The fact that there wasn’t a lot of blood is kind of weird.
Yeah, I feel like a shotgun just causes all kinds of BL, but what’s a lot of blood, like, who said that, you know? Yeah, it’s a good point, you know, we don’t know, we don’t really know how much, maybe it was like a lot of blood to me, that was hell of blood everywhere. I was going to say though, the autopsy wasn’t, wasn’t made public, and it’s, it’s supposed to, it’s supposed to be public record, it’s not in aine, exactly, not in Aber, or, or Seattle, but everywhere else, everywhere else, Tampa, Tampa, that [bleep] would be everywhere, not Wood Country, it’s actually very abnormal for to not be right public.
Yeah, that was very strange. Yeah, anyways, and also, so we had a, we were talking about the, um, shotgun shell being on the wrong side of the B, cuz if he had, that one seems to be the whole, it does, it, I mean, I do think, I guess it is, it, this technically possible for the gun to rotate in his hand, or maybe a ricochet, but off of what? Off of, well, that’s what I was say, the only thing, so I was thinking in my head, okay, so if you’re holding it with your feet right at the bottom, and then you pull the trigger, maybe a bounc off of his knee, arm, or something, no, his knee or something, cuz like, oh, it’s like, yeah, or his leg, or his leg, whatever, like, right, and then, and then it bounced to the other side, like, that’s, well, it could, it could have been his arm too, cuz like he wasing with his left hand, hit it with, hit it with his right hand, I guess, yeah, I guess it’s possible.
Oh, it is a little weird though that they didn’t find him, it’s weird, but it’s also weird they didn’t find him for two days. I like when they start to smell dead body, strange, like a corpse, you know, strange, is those people were living there, right? That’s what’s strange, can you imagine just living there for two days, there’s a dead body upstairs, which, by the way, who’s living there, was, again, he was the exboyfriend, and I think even Dylan stayed there, or Dylan showed, oh, he did, Tom Grant around, that’s right, that’s right, they did, they tried to find him, they tried to find him, they show up at the house, they’re looking for him, they were looking for the shotgun too, that’s why, that’s why they showed up at the house, cuz Dylan’s like, I got to go, you know, check out to see if the shotgun is there or whatever, CU, I heard Courtney, Courtney called me, and she, she said that he’s suicidal.
I just want to say, this guy has to be the worst PI, he literally couldn’t find the guy, he was in his own house, that is embarrassing, where is he, he’s literally in his own house, like, you can’t find the guy. Now, it wasn’t, just to, just to clarify, just to clarify, real quick on that, on where he was, was not in the house, it was like, it was like a separate thing, was a room above the garage, the, that, but stilled, according to the, huh, he went there twice, you could have check it out, like, I didn’t know that, I figured private investigators would be like, first things first, let’s just, like, check everywhere, just search the property.
Super embarrassing part of the story is that, so he’s searching for him for like two days, he can’t find him, right, like, can’t find Kurt, the guyy waxing it for expenses, then the electrician comes, and he looks, and the electrician, like a bonehead, he doesn’t even call the cops, he calls a radio station. Oh, that’s right, and he goes, hey, there’s like a rockstar dead, oh my God, what a d, so then the PI is in his car listening to the radio, and he’s like, oh, I’m looking for him, it was super embarrassing. Hey, do we know who called the electrician out there? No, I don’t think so, you know, I don’t know, yeah, but wonder, wonder, interesting, probably Courtney, yeah, for sure, she, and, and what she say, she’s like, oh, go in the greenhouse, I need something, I need something fixed in there, yeah, she like, electrial in there, little spotty, I had a light bulb go out, go, you know, go, go check out the greenhouse, here’s a $500 deposit, [bleep].
So where we at, yeah, where you at, Sean? Dude, I’m like, I do think there’s a lot of, there’s a lot of weird things, there’s a lot of suspect things that are happening. I mean, I, I obviously, the, the, the sheer, I know it’s inconclusive, but the sheer amount of heroin in a system, the very obvious motive of, of Courtney trying to get money, and, like, multiple, multiple times of him being unhappy and not wanting to be with her, it’s very suspect, super. The narrative is strange because she’s the one saying he’s suicidal, m, true, we think he’s suicidal because of her, because of her, well, but he’s also the one saying he’s not, yeah, like he’s also like, I’m not, yeah, I mean, I mean, also his friends and family were interviewed, and they were all saying, no, I didn’t, I don’t think he was suicidal, I don’t think he was even depressed.
No, but the thing is, the only reason I’m, I am still on the fence, and I’m, I’m kind of like 50-50, is because he was a heroin addict, yeah, true, true, and so that’s a wild card in itself, so therefore it’s like his behavior will be sporadic, I don’t know, you know, maybe he was having a [bleep] bad trip and he was just [bleep], this [bleep], I’m done, and he clearly wrote most of this letter, at least, yeah, you know. So, okay, but did he write the letter before or after the heroin? I, I don’t know, during, I don’t know, I’m just saying that the fact that, I don’t think you can get that, all that out after shooting up, seven times, seven times, here we go again, seven times the lethal, the thing is, we don’t know if that was the total or if that was the free, so that’s what I’m saying, like, also we don’t know when that was written, no, also he could have read, wrote that in Rome, yeah, exactly, but it also, you know, my thing is, like, I do think there’s a lot of weird stuff.
You don’t even believe that, Eric’s just like saying, he’s like, he could have wrote that in abine, we don’t know, I just think that, I’m 5050, I think that, 5050, I, I, my true belief is, I think Courtney was trying to kill him, but he had, a, maybe he had a little bad trip, and was a [bleep], he’s, then he maybe thought about it and was, you know, what, going through a divorce, they’ll, they’ll be rich, they’ll have money, you know, [bleep] it, cuz I think she probably, I think she tried to kill him in Rome, I see, I think, I think she tried to, that was more her, I think she tried to ripol him, cuz she was there and, like, she had, and then it didn’t work, and she was, s, [bleep].
Here’s where, the reason I say that, it’s, it’s, it’s fact that he went and bought shotgun shells, yeah, it’s fact that he got his friend to buy the shotgun, right, y, so it’s, so that, that makes him suicidal? No, that makes him want to protect himself. House now, you know what, I deal with every night, he’s living in the woods, bro, like, he’s living in the woods, who’s [bleep] coming from The Hills Have Eyes, like, dude, he’s a celebrity, everybody’s coming for him. Well, they’re all coming for him, they couldn’t find him for two days in a [bleep] greenhouse. Point, good point, good point, I’m just saying, I’m 5050, I’m 5050, I, I could go, I could go either way, I go hard to not be 50/50 with all this, like, that’s the first, the first one, that’s the first one, the first one, I’ve ever been 5050, I’m not 50-50, I don’t think, I’m, I’m leaning more towards Courtney.
Well, yeah, clearly you are, fight was going to [bleep] fight, episode one, you guys could telly, Courtney, Courtney did, did it, no, I mean, you know, so, Ro, going back to Rome, right, she, you know, she, she, so she’s all upset about this divorce thing, she tries to kill him, I firmly believe that, yeah, I definitely believe, I totally believe she tried to kill him in Italy, 100%, yeah. So it didn’t work out, and then he tries to come back, and, and he tried to quit, that’s right, that’s the thing, I think he tried to quit, maybe, and she, no, I think, yeah, it was, it was, after he was laa pala, no, and she’s like 10 Millie, and she was like, and this whole time she’s supposed to be in rehab, but she’s not, she’s [bleep] a high, oh yeah, she’s full of [bleep], which just makes you act insane, like, there’s no logic behind this, you know, you’re going to be acting insane if you’re high all the time on heroin and all these other drugs all the time, that’s, that’s just what I think.
I think that a mix of, like, that’s her truth, she was just very jealous, very controlling, or whatever, and, and this guy’s trying to leave, and then, you know, mix with now, you mix in drugs, and her solution is, oh, I got to kill him, I got to off him, you know, yeah, like, he, he, he doesn’t know, he’s doing, if he’s not going to be with me, he’s not going to be with anybody else, oh yeah, a going be with nobody, it, okay, mixing, mix in money, man, money makes people act funny, the motive keeps me on that, the motive is money, that’s why.
I’m saying, the motive is, it’s very apparent, they had a prenup, he was clearly divorce, I’m done with you, divorce, money, and the 50 part, and, and, and also, like the fact that she can make it look very easily, he could, like, this, this whole scenario, because of, s, the narrative, she’s also been, he’s trying to kill, right? So, so let’s go back, so Rome, she says he’s suicidal, she calls in the police department, acting like the mom, saying he’s suicidal. Yeah, that’s weird, the, the PI he hires, she keeps telling him, he’s so suicidal, blah, blah, blah, right, so, like, she’s the only one saying that, she’s promoting, she is the only one who’s, who’s repping that city.
Yeah, that’s true, she’s in the long game, oh yeah, she’s like, she’s like the girl who cs. Okay, since you, that’s what you believe, so, what, what happened, who did it? I think the guy that was living there, what was his name again, kie, or, or, no, kie, Ki, I think he’s the one that helped out, to, to, cuz he was there two days, and he, there days, nobody said anything, it was her ex-boyfriend. Also, by the way, little fireside chat, if you watch the documentary, there’s a note that he leaves on the stairs, on the stairs of the house, and, like, you could just tell, it was, it was like a setup, it was basically a note saying, like, I can’t believe you’re being so rude, and, and so, and, like, so insensitive, you’re not calling back, uh, cour, you remember that?
I remember that, yeah, right, it was, it, he was mad, cuz also the kid, right, she’s like, you know, like’s like, what kind of dad are you, how can you do this to Courtney, and, and she’s going through a lot of stuff, so it was a lot of, like, I’m like, you’re staying at my house, you piece of [bleep], exactly. Oh, and then, and then the note says something, I can’t believe you’ve been here for two days, but I didn’t know, and you didn’t let me know, and I didn’t notice, or something like that, it’s my house, I own the property, I’m allowed to be here whenever the [bleep] I want, I’m Kurt [bleep] Co.
I know, it’s like, you’re nobody, cie, but if he was actually there, and Cali was also there, how did he not notice him? If he was in the house, was he in the greenh housee, the whole time? No, he’s got, got, get, like, a turkey Sandy, come on, there’s nothing in that house. In the green house there’s no furniture either, so many, exactly, there’s nothing there, like, why would he hang out there, barricade stool, right? BARC, that is another, the barricade, the barricade stool, anyways, we also didn’t, we, I don’t, yeah, what happened, so, cie, cie conspired, found that he shot, C conspired, cuz this is the Kell’s like, you want a taste, bro, want a little taste, I see, with the drug dealer, with the drug dealer, and with Courtney, and they basically set this up, shot him up, big, 1.2, 1.5.5, 1, by two5, pretty much a mobile, yes, and then you can just hold on to the gun, he’s like, I see, and maybe not even, like, he could just shoot him, and then place his hand or something, yeah, they could, this, move his hand for him, like, you wipe it real quick, yeah, just get a little, little wipe, yeah, okay.
All right, I, that’s what I think, man, all right, I get it, I get it, okay, okay, okay. I hate to be, I hate to be the guy, but I think he killed himself. You’re just doing this, just, no, I’m notting class for ratings, no, I think, I think he was, a insanity of a drug addict, that’s another thing, depressive drugs, drugs are a wild card, they wild, only just heroin, we don’t even know, we don’t even know, the riddlin thing, yeah, I me, you mix, forgot, I forgot about the, he did have volum in a system, you have all these different things, did he have Rin in his system, or, we don’t know, we don’t know, we, it was heroin and Val, I’m saying, so you just throwing that in to make your point?
Go ahead, yeah, ER Eric, Eric’s set, the set the stage here, yeah, I know, I’m saying, you know, alcohol, American Spirits, it’s like he was, need some real sketch, some, like, Eboli chicken, no, I just think, I just think when you’re in, it’s, it’s that much drug, when it’s that much drug, every moment is a new moment of insanity, or san, psych, like, that’s true. So, so whether or not he’s suicidal in Rome doesn’t matter, he’s so much of a drug addict that in Aberdine or Seattle, it doesn’t, like, at that moment he could have been, [bleep] it, I’m done, you know what, you know what, okay, just, just, just to add, why, no, but just to add, I mean, I, his writing, so depressing, like, he doesn’t want to do what he’s doing, also, by the way, was this really a suicide note, or was it maybe more of, like, song lyrics?
That’s another conspiracy there. Here’s, here’s one thing, here’s one thing I can say, yeah, I do like that, what, I, I, nothing points to it being a murder yet. Eric, justes, to your point, nothing, Eric, to your point, let’s say, like, he’s, he’s, he gets [bleep] up, and he’s, he’s writing this, and he’s like, yeah, yeah, yeah, and then, like, starts kicking, he’s like, oh, [bleep], and then he’s like, then he’s like, why, I’m here, and he starts runting bigger, he’s like, and he’s like, even bigger, like, you know, CU it gets progressively bigger, it just keeps getting progressively, and he’s like, more, like, yeah, but everything, everything we see in the movies, that [bleep] kicks in fast, immediate, I know, so look at the size of this, how long do you think that would take you to write that?
No, no, I’m serious, how long do you think it would take you to write that? No, but also, in the movies, they also have movies, The Transporter, where Jason stm’s Immortal, so, you know, the movies aren’t really real, I know, let’s just be honest, but they’re not, he literally fli, like, 360s, and Audi into like a parking garage, okay, fine, I mean, you know, I mean, have you seen Avatar, like, hello, real life, hello, I don’t know, man, I don’t, I don’t know anything about [bleep] heroin, all I’m saying is that I know there’s some weird stuff, from what I know, you shoot something into your veins, that shit’s going to act immediate, and by the way, don’t forget, seven times lethal limit, lethal limit, I understand, like, even so, how long, how, how long would it take you to write that, imagine how small, I can’t write that small, super sober, like, but that’s me, that’s, I think, I think maybe he wrote it, and then it was maybe three sittings, he, like, I’ll do little heroin now, maybe he did in multiple sittings, that’s a good, then he started making mistakes, he started, I didn’t think about that, I thought it was all, all at once, he, he starts doing little scratchy scratchies, like, like, I [bleep] that up, ah, [bleep] that up, ah, [bleep], it’s like, he, like, what do I, right there, who, who will, I can’t even read this.
Or, by the way, another thing that we didn’t really dive into, is Courtney, you, you mentioned this though, but Courtney had the, the handwriting, weird, there’s another theory that this was all traced from other lyrics I did, lyrics from, like, other books that he had written, or, you know, notes that he had taken, or whatever, just writing down lyrics or whatever, yeah, his own notebooks or whatever, and then they took some of those lyrics or whatever, and then they, they traced it and they wrote this note. M, possible, possible, yeah, I don’t know about that, but I don’t know, I, here’s my thing, here’s my thing, it’s like way too elaborate for these retards, I can’t imagine courney being like, oh yeah, I want to trace the trace, no, here’s the thing, I know that I’m going to get [bleep] for this, cuz I know a lot of people are on board with you, yeah, so after learning about him and his life, I actually thought less of him, you know what I mean, MH, because he, he got pregnant, he became a familyman and started doing heroin while he was pregnant, mhm, well, he wasn’t pregnant, but his wife, I understand that, she also was doing heroin, but still, I, I do blame him just as much as her, you know.
Oh, me, yeah, I would, yeah, you know, because you’re, you’re literally, like, yeah, you’re pregnant, you can’t do it, bro. Only I can, me only, yeah, you know, I just, I, I feel like he, he created this very dramatically depressive life, yeah, and, and it, it was so mis, like, so emotional, and so bro, man, and like, I do get, what happened, what happened to him, he, his parents got divorced, I understand that sucks, but, like, I can’t, are you kidding, you’re say, that’s it, I’m just saying, it’s just so dramatic, it seems for, for that, yeah, it’s not like his parents were like beating him and keeping him a SL, yes, it’s so dramatic, meaning, he turned to drugs because it felt good, it felt good, yeah, it felt good, and then he became an addict, and he lost his mind, he was still an artist, great, he did, great, a few great songs, and then there you go, but at the same time, he became so psychotic, in my mind, that, that all that, a majority of the evidence, 51% of the evidence leans me to believe that he killed, 51%, and that’s enough for me to just say.
Well, if you do look at, like, I don’t really see anything that, if you do look at, they do the multiple ventions, and he’s, my friends are [bleep] against me, they like, dude, stop doing drugs, [bleep] you, like, it’s a little weird, I, a lot of people react that way from an intervention, a lot, and they don’t go and [bleep] off themselves, yeah, yeah, no, no, no, for sure. And they, they react that way because they, and they have way, way shittier lives, they don’t [bleep] have the millions that he had. Well, dude, I know, but still, his parents got divorced when he was nine, but maybe it’s not all that cracked up to be, what, the money, in the, the play, in front of thousands of people, just playing a song, yeah, well, it’s not filling the, it’s clearly not, clearly wasn’t filling the void that he had, yeah, he just wanted to be creative, be, you know, creating his music or whatever, he probably, he didn’t want to fame, he actually, that’s why he wanted to quit.
Yeah, and I mean, I mean, we all agree that Courtney was not a good influence, no, she was the word, so if anything, I think we all agree, pce sh, is a piece sh, yeah, I’m almost, yeah, well, you know, he offed himself because to get away from her, to, like, he’s like, this is the only way I could really get divorced, for life, we are done. But there is a, there is a little bit of me going, there are some weird stuff, I do understand, I, I understand why we did this episode, because there is some weird [bleep], and there’s weird, I just don’t know how you can be that depressed, for you, like, my daughter will be better off without me.
That’s right, I’m like, he must have been, he must have been an, I’m like, really, yeah, maybe he treated her like [bleep], maybe he did, he must have extremely depressed, why would you think that, I, unless you did something wrong, right, depressed, no, you don’t have to. Well, I mean, you know, you’re [bleep], you’re a drug addict, tour, and he’s like, never, yeah, what’s the reason why you would say you’re better off without me, is because you’ve done something, or maybe you just weren’t there, you’re shitty, yeah, yeah, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t feel that way at all, so I’m like, yeah, well, now my daughter needs me, like, there, I need to be there, like, yeah, well, now I feel worse than when I did at the beginning of this episode, I actually feel, I feel worse now than I did after episode one, they were like, he’s dead, so what are your great theories, it’s so depressing, the conspiracy is more uplifting than what I know, I changed, I, I, I res my, I’m no longer 50/50, I’m 5149, a great poet of our time was murdered, BL, it is actually, like, it’s actually better than he, it’s so weird, when, when, like, somebody that famous, that, you know, powerful, not maybe not powerful, but, like, just that famous, influential, influential, yeah, there you go, and then, you know, they die, and it’s like, you know, everybody kind of feels it, like, it’s just, it’s just weird, like, and now we’re going through it again, and kind of you feel it again, it’s so weird, dude.
I still feel robt Williams, yeah, dude, I know, that’s such a shame, right, like, or, or Kobe, Kobe Bryan, like, that one hit me, man, yeah, the fact that it was his daughter too, God, and it’s like, you know, what’s funny, it’s like for a while I didn’t like Kobe, cuz I don’t like Lakers, I don’t like the Lakers, but I became a Kobe fan, I, I became like super, here, I understand what you’re saying. Anthony, Anthony Bain, I didn’t like, that was upsetting to me, yeah, I know, really, like, I really liked Anthony bour, yeah, I liked his life, by the way, should we do another episode on Anthony Bourdain, you guys let us know?
Yeah, we, we were doing another one, yeah, we didn’t do one, no, I’m saying, should we, should we do another, another, another episode of our podcast, the confusion in Eric’s face, like, like, he was so perplexed, like, what are you talking about, I understand, he’s like, should we do another episode on Anthony Bain, I’m like, episode, when I just black out, Ro me to Eric, got 50 rypn, dude. Should, no more Mill light for you. All right guys, well, that is Kirk Cobain, I know, we all three of us have different opinions, this is actually, usually take that Facebook guy, so I don’t know where you guys stand, maybe we’ll do a poll, yeah, yeah, we should check it out, do you stand with Eric, Shawn, or J?
Yeah, you decide, I do kind of like Shawn’s position in this, because, cuz it could, one piece of evidence could kind ofp it over, that’s what I’m saying, I just, one more nugget, I need one more nugget, one more thing, hold on, hold on, cuz you can’t be 5050, you’re on both sides, take a side, 5150 at, or 5149 at, le, let them be, no, you said 5149 at least, yeah, I’m 51, listen, so you got to be, you got to be 51 on one side, you can’t tell me how to live my life, I identify as 50/50. No, I like it, because for a long, the longest period when I was researching this, I was like, I have no idea, if I had, if I had to lean, if I had to lean 1%, I would, I would lean towards he was killed, there’s just too much motive, I know, there’s a lot of motive, that’s, and that’s the only, I’ give it the 1% for the motive, dude, I know, I’d give it for the motive, and that’s why I like it, me and Sean, me and Sean on the same side again, Brown, Browns, Browns stick together, brother, although I will say that I am very open to being leaned on this one, like, I’m not, as, like, you know, [bleep], that’s the thing.
