Trump & The Epstein Files

filed: feb 24, 2026  //  runtime: 122:47  //  hosts: jorge, sean, eric
// THE SHORT VERSION

Eric walks Jorge and Sean through every documented thread tying Trump to Epstein, from a 1980s Palm Beach friendship to private jet flights, a dropped 2016 lawsuit, and a groping claim at Trump Tower. The verdict: tons of proven proximity, two graphic civil allegations that went nowhere, and not a single criminal charge against anyone.

The bigger gripe is not Trump in the 80s being a hound. It is why nobody is getting prosecuted now, why the files dribble out redacted, and why the official answer is just move on.

“Trump branded condoms. If you brand your own condom, just die now. Just stop living.”

— sean, on the record
// THE EVIDENCE
  • The 2002 New York magazine quote where Trump calls Epstein a terrific guy who likes beautiful women on the younger side
  • DOJ flight records listing Trump on Epstein’s plane, including a documented late-90s Palm Beach to Newark flight
  • The 2016 Jane Doe civil suit alleging Trump raped a 13-year-old, voluntarily dropped with no evidence presented
  • Stacy Williams’ 2024 allegation that Epstein brought her to Trump Tower where Trump groped her while Epstein watched
  • The claim Trump is named tens of thousands of times in the files, which Eric says has no verified public record behind it
// CASE QUESTIONS
Did Trump fly on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet?
Flight records show Trump flew on Epstein’s plane multiple times in the 1990s, including a documented Palm Beach to Newark flight. None of the records allege criminal wrongdoing or place him on Epstein’s island.
Was Trump ever criminally charged in the Epstein case?
No. Trump was never indicted or charged in connection with Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell’s trafficking conviction. The civil lawsuits naming him were dropped before trial with no findings of guilt.
Why did Trump and Epstein stop being friends?
Trump says he banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago around 2004 for inappropriate behavior. Other reporting points to a bidding war over a Palm Beach waterfront mansion that Trump won at a bankruptcy auction.
How long was Ghislaine Maxwell sentenced for?
Maxwell was arrested in 2020 and convicted in 2021 for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Epstein, receiving a 20-year prison sentence, far longer than the time Epstein served under his earlier plea deal.

So we do shout outs every episode. I want to say though, we had to switch the schedule up a little bit with the Epstein psychosis that’s going on. We had to do all these Epstein episodes because they’re relevant and we should be doing them and we need to talk about it. So there are quite a few Patreons that might not have received their shout out yet just because of the episode switcheroo.

So I want you to know, because we recorded another episode but we haven’t uploaded it yet. It was supposed to get released and it didn’t get released yet because we’re doing these Epstein ones. So I just want you to know, you are not forgotten. I promise. Like, I joined Patreon a month ago, where’s my shout out? That’s what’s happening. I love you. I just want you to know that you have not been glossed over, I promise you.

And with that being said, let’s get into the new Patreon shout out. Firstly, I want to say I love seeing this. We had an upgrade from the founding crew, which is like our two-dollar membership, up to a rich guy status. Ida S, you my dear are a legend. Don’t forget to join the Discord or email us so we can get your episode requests. We also have C Rick with a yearly founding crew membership. Well done, my good man. I love when they do that year, the commitment. And then we got Doc O with a rich guy. Join the Discord and tell us your episode, my good sir or lady.

I don’t know, Doc O could be a woman too. I think it’s Octavio. The only reason I say that is there’s a Spidey and his amazing friends show my daughter watches, and Doc O is a chick in that. In the Spider-Man there’s Dr. Octavius, who’s a dude, but in this animated children’s show it’s a chick. So I don’t want to decide. Whoever you are, Doc, we love you.

So back to Epstein. What do we got today, Eric? All right, so a lot has been happening with the Epstein files. It continues nonstop. It’s just non-stop. We’ve changed our schedule so that we can cover this. We did one episode called the Epstein Files where we went over a good amount of it, and then we did a follow-up to Pizzagate. That was last week. And now we have another one.

And so here is what I wanted to do is Trump and his relationship with the Epstein files, because Trump is mentioned, I believe it’s something along the lines of 32,000 times. And people love to consider us like ball danglers from the Trump train, and that we’re so biased and we don’t have common sense or opinions that can be adverse to Trump. And like I say it all the time, I don’t think Trump’s the messiah. He’s not.

And obviously the dude’s a dick, but I’d rather have a dick. You know what you’re going to get at least, rather than someone who’s smiling in my face and stabbing me in the back. Then an auto pen. Exactly. Well, so the whole point of this is to go through everything that we could find that has some substance. If you’ve listened to our show, we’re not exactly the super deep rabbit hole conspiracy podcast. We actually go over the story and then we try to decide ourselves, obviously a little bit more grounded.

If we got super rabbit holy, there would be ten hours on every topic. But we’re just a couple guys. So hopefully by the end of this we can have a better picture of what was Trump’s relationship. Is it more than we think? Was he involved in the weird stuff? I mean, I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last one. So we did about Pizzagate. With the pizza and the grape soda and the cream cheese and the vegetables.

Actually, we got a couple emails about people’s opinions on what the cream cheese was. We had some people in the Discord who actually had pretty good insight. It was about what they think the codes mean, what the codes stand for. I have to find it. I think it was Heather, and she’s one of our rich person status, and she had a really good take. I have to go back and look through it. Well, we appreciate you guys sending in the feedback, because we’re always doing these updates anyway. I’m sure we’re going to have another update on pizza. I mean, the next 25 episodes really.

Okay, so as we do on this show, we’re also going to go back a little bit. And a reminder, we have done many episodes on Epstein including from the beginning, like his growing up, becoming a teacher. So if you wanted to go back, start from the beginning of our episodes on Epstein. This is a smart play all around.

So to understand Trump’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell, the story must be told in two parallel tracks. One track is social. Parties, private clubs, Palm Beach wealth, Manhattan elite gatherings, pageants, and flying on private aircraft. The other track is the investigative: the police complaints, the plea deals, the depositions, the federal indictments, and the document unsealing, and eventually the Epstein files release. The connection between Trump and Epstein is at the intersection of those two worlds.

Okay, so into the 80s we go. What a time to be alive. The golden age. There is no public record of the exact date that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein first met, but there is a bit of an anchor point that we can go with. In 2002, Trump told New York magazine he had known Epstein for roughly 15 years. So 2002, you go minus 15, you’re talking about 1987.

You’re talking about mid to late 1980s. And at that time, Trump was already a high-profile New York real estate developer. Epstein was presenting himself as a financier with wealthy clients and connections. And Palm Beach and Manhattan social circles overlapped. Well, yeah, because all the rich people, why not have my summer home in Palm Beach? The relationship during this period appears social, not business. There’s no public documented joint ventures.

No shared companies, no LLCs that they’re connected together with. But then again, on that same note, I don’t think Epstein had any joint ventures with anybody really in terms of companies. He was always like the middleman kind of guy. Oh yeah, you want me to introduce you, come to my island. He seemed like that kind of guy. And we’re seeing it too in the Les Wexner interviews. Dealing with the Rothschilds and those kind of people.

So that magazine article said the following in 2002, and it’s Trump quoted as: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do. And many of them are on the younger side.” I mean, you could get away with saying that in 2002. You cannot get away with that now, brother. Did not age well.

So going back to the 90s now, again, as we go through this, I just want everybody to make their own decision by the end of this. Because it’s super circumstantial, and we’re going to go same with the Pizzagate thing. This is literally all, like I even said I think I did a disclaimer on that episode, this is all speculation. There’s no hard evidence right here.

Okay, so the 90s. Trump and Epstein appear repeatedly in similar social orbits. Photographs from around 2000 showed Trump, Melania, Epstein, and Maxwell together at Mar-a-Lago. Gross. Flight records would later become central to the narrative of his relationship. Reporting began in 2019 and expanded later to last week’s DOJ release that tied Trump to flights aboard his aircraft in the 90s.

I’m curious, are all flight records just public information? I really just don’t know that. Can I just look up flight logs? They could be in a subpoena. So I’m wondering if I can just go on FAA.com and be like, what’s the flight path. I think public transportation, meaning like you and I flight, is different from flying private. But if you’re private, you could subpoena the company that they use, or the airport, and they’re like, you had six flights that day. Okay, not a big deal. Rather than out of Atlanta, you had 10,000.

The reason I bring that up, I remember there was a whole thing with, remember weren’t there people tracking Taylor Swift’s flights and they were like, oh she took 17 flights, save the earth. Because I think you can track based on the tail number. So if you know the tail number, okay. But I just looked it up, and so the flight records, especially for private flights, are not public, but it says government agencies can access records like the FBO and airport data during investigations. So because the FAA is technically a government agency, they can just be like, yo, give us this. Got it.

So the most consequential travel disclosure came in the first tranche of releases of the Epstein files, which was I think in late last year. And it was a prosecutor’s email, and it stated that records showed Trump flew on Epstein’s private jet eight times. But did they know where? Again, so it was a prosecutor’s email. He was like, hey. Including there were several that Maxwell was also on. Well, that woman was everywhere, Jesus Christ. But again, the email does not allege criminal wrongdoing.

It’s just data, it’s just information. And again, it doesn’t say that he went to the island or where he went. I know, we’re trying. Doesn’t say anything. Again, also, tons of people flew on the planes. And again, for those haters out there, we’re not protecting. It’s just actual evidence. I don’t have any other, I’m just going off what I’m reading.

In one of those, and just because I have this information, in 1997, this was released in the Department of Justice releases. January 11th, 1997, Trump flew on a plane that was Epstein’s plane from Palm Beach to Newark. Passengers listed Donald Trump, Marla Maples, and Tiffany Trump. And others, and I don’t have a list of others. Marla Maples, what a name. Sounds like a fictional character.

So there you go, there’s just some information. You know, also going back to whether or not he downplayed how much he knew him. Well, it’s almost like the same thing that we saw when we were talking about Elon. He’s like, oh this guy’s a perv, I never wanted to hang out with him. And then he’s like, when are we partying, I want to have the craziest party ever. I don’t want a peaceful experience. It was some weird stuff. But I’m like, black out, bro.

But see, that’s why the people who are running their PR, you can’t just, it makes you look so much worse than if you were, yeah, I was trying to party with a guy, I wasn’t into weird stuff but I was trying to party. Instead of being like, of course he kept trying to hit me up, and then you find out he’s like, please answer me, we’re trying to party. Like, ugh.

One of the most frequently discussed overlaps involves Virginia Giuffre. And for people who don’t understand, Virginia Giuffre, she was one of the most outspoken victims. And she supposedly committed suicide. But she had posted numerous times that she was not suicidal, and she was the most outspoken voice on this whole thing. And of course there’s a picture out there of her with Prince Andrew. That’s right.

She stated, as Sean was going over, she was a teenager at Mar-a-Lago as a masseuse before she was recruited by Maxwell. First of all, how are you a masseuse by trade as a teenager? I mean, teenager too could be 19 or 18. Okay, true, fine. But if you remember back to when we did the first episodes of Epstein, you know that he would bring them in as masseuse, but really it’s like, just jack me off. That was that. No, but this is at Mar-a-Lago though. Oh, true. How do you get employed as a masseuse? I’m assuming she was of age.

So you go to high school, you finish high school at 17. You do like a course on Swedish massage or some stuff. And then a year or two goes by, and then you get a job at the local resort. I mean, that’s what I’m assuming, right? But here’s what we do know, is it creates an actual overlap where it’s a victim at a Trump-owned property. And then Maxwell recruits at the Trump-owned property. And then also Trump and Maxwell are on flights together. Obviously there’s a connection. There’s a connection for sure.

But her deposition was unsealed. And here are some things that were unsealed in the deposition. And this is Virginia Giuffre saying this, right? This is not us saying anything. In her testimony, she did not allege that Trump sexually abused her. She stated she did not witness him abusing underage girls, and she has repeatedly and explicitly stated under oath and in her own memoir that Trump did not partake in sex with any of us. And that was a quote.

Okay, that’s good. I mean that’s great. One point for him. There you go. Like I said, this is not us saying anything. We’re going to get hammered for this obviously. I’m just trying to provide all the data, and then at the end too I have a Q and A, which is a lot of the things that people have said to us or emailed us or commented, going like, could I find anything on this. And so we’ll go over all this stuff.

Okay, so in the mid 2000s, and this is an important part, Trump has claimed that they had a falling out. And the falling out was around 2004. And this was an explanation centering around quote unquote competition over the Palm Beach mansion. Maison de Amitie. Oh my god, this rich people stuff. We had a falling out, we both wanted this super mansion. I wish I could have a falling out over that.

In interviews, Trump described expelling Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for inappropriate behavior or staff poaching. The Mar-a-Lago ban narrative remains disputed in some reporting, with questions about documentation and timing. Well, it’s also like you said there was a quarrel over a thing, like I think he just made some stuff up. It’s like, I got to get this guy out of here because he took this property from me.

Here’s what I know or what I could find, is that what does appear consistent is at that time there’s not a lot of images, video, etc. after it. Meaning there was clearly some sort of break, even if they were still homies. He was like, you can’t take pictures of me. What about emails? Not a lot. Not a lot, if any. I mean, there’s tens of thousands of references. Yeah, but everybody, I mean literally go to our account and go, how many times did we reference Trump? Oh dude, so many times, because he’s just whatever, he’s in the news cycle.

Here’s the thing, it’s like homie’s polarizing. You hate him, you love him, you’re indifferent, you’re still talking about him. Like regardless. So this is what I could find. But one other thing is that they’ve only released half of the file so far, by the way. Supposedly. Well, do you trust them? I don’t trust them. Nobody knows how many files there are. I thought there was 6 million. They’ve only released three. Oh, I didn’t know that. I didn’t know that either. That’s what it is. Inside track here, buddy.

You know what’s crazy is on the first release, I thought that was it. And then the second release, I thought that was it. And then now it’s just a never ending. Honestly, until they release a video, until people get arrested, this is starting to happen. Well, in England, not here. And there’s another one, in Ireland I think. All the other countries with us are doing stuff. This is annoying.

Okay, so back to the banning of Epstein. Donald Trump has stated publicly on multiple occasions he had a falling out and Epstein was actually banned from Mar-a-Lago. In some interviews and later reporting, particularly around 2019 and again in 2024, Trump suggested that Epstein behaved inappropriately toward a young woman connected to the club, and Epstein attempted to recruit or poach spa employees. Trump responded by expelling him. Expellas. Sorry, I had to.

Another bit of wild reporting explanation for the rupture centers on the real estate battle. See, that’s what I’m like here. So supposedly, this we get into the world of supposedly, this is the worldly living. Allegedly, both men reportedly bid on a waterfront property, and it was during a bankruptcy auction. Trump ultimately won the property. Several reports from that era suggest the relationship deteriorated over that financial competition rather than any misconduct, and we all know Trump can be a petty guy. So it wouldn’t surprise me if that pettiness is on display.

So then in 2006, there’s something called the police chief claim. In reporting that surfaced later in document releases, former Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter reportedly told investigators the following. Trump called him in 2006, thanked him for pursuing Epstein, and suggested that everybody knew what Epstein was doing all along. That’s fact, that everybody knew, no one was doing anything. However, Department of Justice related reporting also noted there’s no corroborating documentation of that call, and it’s only one instance, making it just an allegation, not necessarily evidence.

Meaning if you have, like in the world of law, and correct me if I’m wrong listeners, but if Sean says something about me, then you need a backup source. Yeah, for sure, to at least enter it into some sort of evidence, as opposed to just him saying something. It becomes, it’s really easy for a good lawyer, he said she said. It’s circumstantial. You can pick it apart. And a good example of this is, or maybe it’s a good example, we’ll see. In one email from Epstein to somebody else, he says Trump is the worst person in the world.

But again, it’s from Epstein. I don’t know what to say about that. Proven worst person in the world. I was sent it a couple times and I’m like, okay good, so we’re going to take the word of Epstein on a moral character fiber test? Any lawyer would pick that apart just like you did in that same way. Absolutely. You do need to have, in order to, but then again it’s still, there’s no proof of an act. Someone saying something isn’t proof of an act, and we’ve seen this play out numerous times.

Where you have, for example, I forget what the name of the group is, but there’s a lot of guys who were wrongly convicted, and they’re called like freedom fighters or something. And they’ll get guys out of prison who have been in prison for 25 years and they’re innocent. But all they’re taking is, oh this person did this to me, and they’re believable, and typically you see it happen with women, and no one wants to not believe the woman. Of course, I believe 99.99%, but at the time they weren’t doing DNA evidence properly, and what do you know, they found out, oh we actually checked the DNA evidence and this guy’s innocent.

And then the opposite is also true. If you have somebody on the stand and they’re a crackhead or some criminal, are you going to believe him? Come on, dog. Or in this case, the worst person in the world, Epstein, saying this. Is that credible? Does it suck though? Like just put yourself in the woman’s shoe. Let’s say a woman was raped and there’s no other witness. So then it’s so hard to prove your case because it’s just your word that you were raped. But rape versus oh worst person in the world, two different things, and it should be investigated, and this is why everybody’s so mad, being correctly investigated. Correct.

And funny timing is we’re also going to take up the rape charges. So in June of 2016, a civil lawsuit filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe, later also filed as Katie Johnson, directly accused both Trump and Epstein of sexually assaulting her in 94 when she was 13 years old. Oh god. So this is both. Yeah, the lawsuit of both of them named, and she was 13, which is so upsetting.

The complaint alleged that the assaults took place at four underage sex parties at Epstein’s Manhattan residence. Okay, so this is in New York. According to the details, on the fourth and final encounter, Trump allegedly tied the 13-year-old to a bed, exposed himself, and forcibly raped her. Oh god, this is so sad. She pleaded loudly for him to stop, but he responded by violently striking her in the face with an open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.

Immediately afterward, Epstein allegedly forced himself on her, raping her anally and vaginally, despite her continued loud pleas to stop. Epstein then allegedly tried to strike her about the head with closed fists while screaming in anger that he, not Trump, should have been the one to take her virginity. Oh my god. Damn. Trump allegedly threatened her that if she ever revealed any details of the sexual and physical abuse, she and her family would be physically harmed or killed. That’s very upsetting.

When was this lawsuit? In 2016. So, but it would have happened in, she said, when did it occur? When did she say it occurred? 94. Okay. But, and this is a huge thing, the case was voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff. Oh, so by her. Yep, in November 2016 without proceeding to discovery, trial, or any judicial findings. Was there a payout? Did she take a settlement? That’s what I want to know. No corroborating evidence was ever presented in court.

The only thing is, I’m not taking his side just to be clear, but remember around this time there was so many different things going on, like attacks on Trump in different ways of taking him down. 2016, this is the first election. And prior to that, he was not a political figure. He was not politically running. I’m not taking his side or anything. I’m just saying it is a fact, and an interesting occurrence, that it happened that she came out then, the timing of it. I’m not saying she’s lying at all, but to play the other side, we were just talking about if you’re all by yourself.

Dude, can you imagine, no evidence, you’re like, I’m going to lose this case. And as a, if that did happen, I can’t imagine being a 13-year-old and that happens to you. And also, to stay on that side, Eric, what if she’s like, oh this guy is getting all this attention, he’s about to get, depending on when it was, either he did win the presidency or he’s going to get elected, and the world needs to know who this guy is. Totally, for sure. But also, I have to ask, where is this kid’s parents? How was your 13-year-old, and you didn’t do anything?

Where the parents need to go on trial. Are you kidding me? Dude, you should see me, I take my kid to the park, I am like a mosquito. I’m everywhere. I’m like, don’t look at my kid. Why wouldn’t it, if it was let’s say due to money, and she’s like, oh maybe it’s not just evidence, maybe it was also money. What’s his name said, I’ll pay for any legal expenses for any victims. But he said that recently. No, I know, but take it up again, reopen the case. Yeah, that’s a good point. Because she’s the one that dropped it, it’s not like the court dismissed it.

I think that her lawyers were like, there’s no evidence, we can’t get a conviction, you’re going to lose. Well, but if there is truth to it, at least go through discovery, put them on the stand. Totally, I would personally want to do that.

But there’s a thing. For example, with a murder, your odds of getting a conviction without the murder weapon go dramatically down. It’s a weird law thing, and unfortunately that’s how the system is kind of run now. It’s based on, for example, you take the states attorney, okay, you got the district attorney for the southern district, they won’t take a case if they can’t win it. They just won’t do it. So it’s like, oh, you’ll give them a case, hey this is happening, they’re like, oh if we can’t win we don’t want the loss on the record.

Exactly. And especially against him. It’s going to be so public, they don’t want that loss. Which I think is insane. I think it’s messed up that all they care about is the stats. I don’t want to have a loss. It’s not about that. They don’t even give a damn about justice, they just don’t want to lose. Do the right thing. But no, it’s all about track record and public opinion. It’s annoying. That’s why our system of law is insane.

So again, no corroborating evidence was ever presented in court. The complaint remains a set of unproven allegations that were never adjudicated. Trump has always denied it. Well, duh. It was later referenced in last week’s DOJ files release. There was an FBI intake form summarizing the same claim. But officials explicitly noted that public submissions to the FBI included any claim. So I could call and be like, ah yeah, I was the guy in the grassy knoll. And it’s like, well maybe he was, you know.

But that was June 2016. He was elected in November. Do they, I’d be curious to see when that FBI intake claim came in too. If it’s around that time, or if it was earlier and then it just got taken up later. That would be an interesting tidbit.

All right. In July of 2019, the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York indicted Epstein on federal sex trafficking charges, including minors. And that’s when he was apprehended. And then in August he died before ever going to trial. Piece of trash. Dude, did you see, it’s so upsetting to me that he died. But did he, have you seen all this new stuff coming out, bro? I have. But you can’t trust any. Didn’t we also do an episode on the whole prison system when he died, remember? Yes. They were on Wayfair, remember, we went through things step by step.

And now there’s new things about the van saying there’s new things, and they were even saying they purposely wanted to divert the media away. So they had another separate van, and I’m like, dude. And they’re like, oh they need to see a body so we’ll put a body in there. Dude, this is like some weird, I’m like, dog, no one’s doing this. Dude, the internet is so great and so bad at the same time. It is. It’s such a gift and a curse.

But it’s so upsetting to me actually that he died, because no trial. No witnesses, no testimony, no nothing. It’s such a coward. It’s cowardly. If, let’s just say he killed himself. That he didn’t. I know, but let’s just say he did. It’s like Hitler, the extreme cowardice. Like you can’t even face anything. It’s like you’re so narcissistic that you, you have to be so right that you’ll die on the hill because I’m so right and I can’t allow anyone else to make me wrong.

Weird question. Do you think he thinks he didn’t do anything wrong? Oh, for sure. I guarantee he’s convinced himself that he’s done nothing wrong. He’s sitting in the jail, guarantee, there’s no remorse. I think he knows what he did was not right, you know, but there’s just no remorse. And doesn’t care. He doesn’t care. And he had a lot on a lot of people that hasn’t come out yet, but it will. He had so much blackmail on everybody, that it doesn’t make sense that he wouldn’t want to get some revenge on these people. And if he’s gonna have to spend the rest of his life in jail, he would definitely. And that’s why they killed him. Oh man.

I do remember your end of the one we did was that you thought he was killed. Anyways, it just bugs me because he was caught, and it was going to be justice. People were going to name names. No, but the thing is, it was never going to be justice. The guy was serving what, four years? Oh, that’s what it was. It was like four and a half or five years. It was like a slap on the wrist. And that goes back to, which we got to do another update about, was he a CIA informant? Was he a Mossad informant? Was he anything? Everything. Spying on both sides. It was more than we thought.

In July of 2020, Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested. She was convicted in 2021 for assisting Epstein in recruiting and grooming underage girls, and sentenced to 20 years in prison. See, I just want a quick full stop here. Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced to five times what Jeffrey Epstein was sentenced to. How does that even remotely make sense? Make that make sense to me. She was assisting him and got 20 years, but he only got four and a half, five years. I don’t remember the exact, but I think she was the one actually doing the recruiting. Oh, so it’s kind of like, she was the one abusing.

No, but see, it should be like RICO. RICO laws were made because mob bosses weren’t actually doing any of the illegal acts, but they were the ones running the show. So that’s why they created RICO laws, so that you could charge a mob boss with the crimes of the institution he was running. Does the RICO umbrella also cover sex trafficking? For sure. Organized, so you would think, sex trafficking is organized crime. That’s what RICO is, it’s for organized crime. You would think that they could maybe go that route. For sure. I don’t know why they didn’t. Hello, I don’t know law, I know that.

Back to informant. Yeah, actually I think Sean brought it up, and I don’t usually give me credit for anything, old Shanghorn. I don’t know when he brought it up, but he did ask the question, if she was arrested, convicted for 20 years of trafficking, then who was she trafficking to? Yeah, exactly. And nobody has been arrested. Who are the customers? Who were the customers? And it’s also like, this operation didn’t just magically vanish. Who are these people going to now? No one gives a damn about that now. The end users are still walking free. They’re not just going to magically not want their weird psycho fix. God damn it, man. I need superpowers so I can just call out the planet of these pieces of trash.

And since this is an episode regarding Trump and his relationship, he was not charged in any way, shape, or form to Maxwell’s case. But when she was arrested, he did quote, wish her well. That is bizarre. Wow. And that remark, what’s the quote, oh I wish her well. Is this really off-putting? Like, is this you, you know, sometimes I feel like he just says it and thinks it’s the right thing to say, where you’re like, well I wish him well, and I’m not going to say what I really feel. It’s like me asking you about somebody that you don’t like but you don’t really want to talk about it. You’re like, yeah, I wish them well.

Or it’s like you’re in a situation, you make a shitty joke and no one laughs and you’re like, screw me, you go die now, so bye. But I mean, I’m not trying to make this look like we’re defending Trump, I think that’s a weird thing to say. I wouldn’t wish a convicted sex trafficker well in any universe. But obviously he knew her. He clearly knew her. It’s proven, it’s a fact. He knew her for a fact. Which is why, photos and plane logs, which is why I think wishing her well sounds, it’s much worse if you didn’t know somebody. Hey, wish him well, that’s more believable, but you actually knew them. There was a relationship, even if it was in the past, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s in the present.

I’m not, if Eric gets arrested for sex trafficking, I’m not wishing him well. There’s no well wishes. Can you imagine getting a news reporter and saying, I wish him well. I’d be like, fuck Eric. I love you a lot. I wish him well. But if you’re convicted of sex trafficking, I’m not wishing you well, sorry.

But so her conviction solidified the overall structure of the network. Recruitment, grooming, inappropriate massages, transport across state lines. It made it real, in the sense of the court. It’s also, you can see how they had the setup. They’re easing them in. You start with, okay you’re just giving a massage. And then it’s like, oh well I didn’t bring a towel this time, but still give me the massage. And then you keep pushing the envelope, pushing it, and then you’re like, oh here’s money, we’ll see if they show up tomorrow. We didn’t do anything, if they still show up, okay we’ll just push it a little further. More money, push it further, push it further. And it’s like, ugh. And the key point is underage. Because in the laws of the land, under 18 is a no-no.

But I’m sorry, I got to go back to, first off, if my 15-year-old daughter is like, I’m going to be giving someone a massage, you’re grounded, you’re done, you’re not leaving the house, homeschool. On that note, we don’t know their life. They could be orphans. No, meaning, they’re in Palm Beach, bro, this isn’t New York. I don’t know, you’d be surprised. I’m just saying we don’t know the life of the parents. We did kind of touch on this in the first Epstein episodes, of how they would recruit from like, the dregs.

But I’m sorry, it’s not like I’m some wealthy guy over here. I get your point, I’m just saying we don’t know the story, we don’t know each individual’s story. We don’t know Virginia Giuffre’s parents. I don’t know what was going on. I’m just thinking of, from the viewpoint of a parent, that’s unacceptable. And if we’re here to try to establish, okay who needs to take responsibility for this, the parents need to take responsibility. That is an actual gross failure of your duties as a parent. Obviously things happen to people, and it’s unfortunate and sad, and I’m not saying every parent is negligent when something happens to their child, but in this case, bro, how do you, why are you letting your young teen daughter massage old men? I can’t get past it. I just cannot get past it.

I just like to think that they didn’t know. I mean, I really hope they didn’t know. And granted, I think the start of this was in the age of, when we were kids, my mom didn’t know what the hell I was doing, and I was doing sketch stuff. So, good point. Okay fine. Under 18 too. Oh yeah dude, I was doing scandalous stuff. I was vandalizing people’s cars and homes, I was like a, that’s what I’m talking about. So your parents didn’t know, it’s not like they’re bad parents. It is what it is. When you’re a teenager, there’s a lot. True.

God damn it, now you say that. I told my parents what I did and my mom was like, I’m a terrible mother, I can’t believe. And I’m like, no, you understand, you’re great, I was a bad son. But now that you’re a parent, especially of girls, dude. To think, I keep a hawk eye on everything she’s doing, everything on her phone. My daughter, well you got a 14-year-old now. I control that with the iPhone family plan, screen time. That might be the only thing that gets me to switch to iPhone. When my daughter turns 13, I might switch to iPhone just so I can control it. I want to see the search history. It’s like the currency in our house. Oh, you need more screen time, okay. Oh, you want Wi-Fi? Go clean your room. I’ll give you 15 minutes. A little 15-minute bank.

Now, I know people talk about in the 90s and 80s, oh it was great, you go out and do whatever you want and run around. I had no phone, they didn’t know where the hell I was. Do you think that it’s maybe better now that you have all that transparency and control? It’s better and worse. Better in the transparency, but I think it’s a worse world out there. Oh yeah. It seems like it’s a lot more dangerous. I mean, we live in an area where it’s the number one human trafficking area. Florida. Really, the Tampa Bay area? Yeah. I didn’t know that, dude. It’s heavy. Really?

The reason I say it’s better and worse, it’s better because there’s more ability to track things. But on the flip side, you have more exposure to things, the ability to go online and have this anonymity. Kids aren’t stupid, kids can easily, oh I’ll just download a VPN. Kids have ingenuity, they find ways. I used to find ways to sneak around my parents’ watchful eye and do stuff. Kids do that, totally. It’s part of adolescence, part of growing up, and it’s not a bad thing. But there’s more exposure to weird.

It’s also going to be harder though. Like for example, when I was younger, to sneak out of your house, how easy was it? Easy. Easy as hell, dude. I had a garage door that was broken, I just lift that right out and slide right under. I had all the tricks. Now, dude, I got cameras everywhere. I got an alert on my phone when there’s a motion raccoon. When a raccoon’s coming across my driveway, I know at 4 a.m. Dude, when I was a kid, we had a two-story house in Ohio and I cut the screen out of my window, because stupidly I put it in the wrong way, so I was trying to get out. So I cut it, and I used to jump off the roof into the front yard and then sneak back in. I had to climb back on the roof. You’re all drunk trying to climb the gutters. But dude, you know when the little honeydew wanted me to come over, you got to make sacrifices.

Well, okay, so back to the story. So in October of 2024, former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Stacy Williams publicly alleged that in early 93, while she was briefly involved with Epstein, he brought her to Trump Tower in Manhattan. According to Williams, Trump greeted her outside his office, immediately pulled her into him, and began groping her. I can see that happening. I can definitely remember that hot mic recording, grab your, yeah, grab them by the. And he’s like, you can do whatever you want. Grab their titties, grab them by the whatever. So I can see him doing this. This is like, okay, yes.

She described his hands moving all over her body, on the sides of her breasts, her waist, her hips, her butt, repeatedly without letting go. She said Epstein stood there watching, and that the two men exchanged smirks, which she experienced as a twisted game between Epstein and Donald Trump. Williams further claimed that Epstein later berated her, asking why she had let Trump do that. What? Trump’s spokesperson immediately and categorically denied the allegation, and it has never resulted in any charges or civil lawsuit.

Yeah, I mean come on. I’m sorry, there’s not one time, well actually maybe a couple times but that was with crazy people, if you do something bad, no one’s saying, oh I did it. So sure, the spokesperson got it, and it’s even a spokesperson, it’s not even him saying it. It seems a little plausible. There’s no charges because what’s she supposed to do? What evidence is she supposed to bring to these charges? Also, it’s kind of, yeah I know, it sucks.

And that’s another thing, with in today’s age, you can have your phone just on record in your purse. You can record, and even just on audio you can hear, hey stop touching me, and he’s like whatever. So in that sense it’s, we were talking about, is it better or worse? In that sense it’s kind of better, because there could be some evidence you could use, whereas otherwise it’s a he said she said. And when you’re a billionaire, your lawyers are just better. But it sounded like she was in a situation where she didn’t expect that to happen. So why would that person think of turning on her recorder? That’s a good point. But yeah, it’s available, sure, but you don’t expect that kind of thing. It’ll have it on, ready to go.

And then, we all know this, but just as a recap, in February of 2025, Department of Justice announced a first phase of declassified Epstein release files. In November, the Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law, requiring the DOJ to release materials related to Epstein. In January, the DOJ announced publication of three and a half million pages and established the Epstein portal. And then recently, like a week or two ago, another tranche of files. Again, not all of them. Not all of them.

Also Trump pushed for this. He signed it. Well, he ran on this and he signed it. So in order for this to fully pass, the Epstein Files Transparency Act in late 2025, he had to sign it. But also, playing devil’s advocate, it’s kind of like the sword in your own gut. It’s like you’re committing seppuku if you don’t sign it. If you don’t sign it, everyone’s going to be like, you piece of trash, what are you hiding right now? But I’m assuming that he had a meeting and said, tell me everything that’s in there, before signing it. I would assume the same. But also, you would do that too.

No, but like really, how do you have that meeting? It’s like a three month long meeting. Tell me everything that’s in there. 6 million documents. So many documents. You’re going to have to trust your team. Maybe he was like, tell me what, how I’m in there. Lawyers look at everything, and maybe is there something in there that’s going to lead to a conviction. Yeah.

Okay, a couple other things. In 2015, published by Gawker magazine. The what is that? It’s like a TMZ. Oh okay, like the Gawk, got it. If you don’t know Gawker, I could be wrong, correct me if I’m wrong, but Gawker publishes scandalous things, they even, Hulk Hogan sued them for the sex tape. Oh really? Anyways, that’s who Gawker is. They released something called Epstein’s Black Book. And somehow they got this, and it was just a rolodex. But that’s, no, it doesn’t, at least it’s something. This is a rolodex of Epstein, and in it, it had many many many Trump organization contacts, Mar-a-Lago contacts, and assistant contacts.

All right, but on the flip side, we do know obviously there was a connection. That was an amazing catch, holy. I mean Eric, does Spider-Man catch his beer before it fell down? That was impressive, I’m actually impressed. I didn’t think you still had it in you. Not one drop is going to be spilled this night. That is a glimpse into my peak. I think your mustache grew, I think you literally just became more manly. No, but there was obviously a connection before. So he should be in the rolodex, because they were admittedly friends. There’s pictures of them together, he was a member of his club. It’d be weird if he wasn’t in there. I actually think it’d be more sketch if he wasn’t in the rolodex. But a lot of his organizational employees were in there too. So it’s just another contact.

Again, all we’re trying to do is pile on the data and then go, you can make it. Right, like does this. Anyways, in a Department of Justice interview transcript released in 2025, this was an interview with Ghislaine Maxwell in prison. Maxwell was asked whether she had observed Trump receive a massage. She answered, never. She did acknowledge visiting Mar-a-Lago multiple times. She denied recruiting a Mar-a-Lago masseuse for Epstein, to the extent that she recalled. So the reason I bring this up is because she is saying that Trump, she never did any service for Trump, but she also never did any recruiting for Epstein at Mar-a-Lago.

No, see, that’s what I’m saying, what we were talking about earlier with the credibility of the witness. It’s like, I’m not really going to believe almost anything that she says. And she pleaded the fifth in her deposition. So like, screw her. This is the, she’s full of it. That’s her right. I mean yes it is her right. I hate that right. You do? Yeah. I’d love to do an episode just on the fifth. Just the fifth. No, but where did it come from? Where did it start? Who put it into law?

No, but also it’s like, how can you force someone to communicate something they don’t want to communicate? You can’t really force them to. You have to say this under, why, I have a right to say or not say whatever I want to. No, it’s part of the justice system. No, it’s a human right. I have a human right to not. The only reason it can get invoked is so you don’t implicate yourself in another crime. No, but in another crime, that’s, yes. And from a legal viewpoint, if you’re going to testify to something, because you’re testifying under oath, you can use that right to not implicate yourself in another crime. But on the grand scheme, who’s to stop anyone from being like, oh why do you have to even plead the fifth, I have no comment.

Because you’re being charged for a crime. It’s part of the justice. So you’d rather have just, oh you’re guilty, Sean, you’re going to jail? No, you want your time on the stand to be able to prove your case that you’re not guilty if you’re going to say you’re not guilty. No, but I’m saying the human right is, if you didn’t want to say something, let’s say it’s like, I’m on trial for murder, and they’re like, when were you here, were you at this place, no comment, why do I have to tell you? Because now you look guilty. I don’t care. Okay, well but you do care, because you’re being charged.

No, but I’m saying from a human, from an inalienable right thing, it’s like you outside of court. No, I’m saying you don’t even necessarily need the fifth. You don’t have to necessarily plead the fifth, don’t say anything. But you’re on trial. No, but why? You’re just saying it’s semantics. No, but it’s semantics. But pleading the fifth also makes you look guilty. It’s not like pleading the fifth makes you look not guilty. That’s a good point. It makes you look guilty as hell. When you say nothing, you look guilty regardless of the situation. If your wife’s like, did you eat my chocolate bar? I got nothing to say. I plead the fifth. Dude, I’m 100% using that. She’s going to be like, did you do the laundry? I plead the fifth, I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Okay, and so now what we’re going to do is take up some, I guess you call them Q and A’s, some things that were brought up many times, or questions that have been constantly coming up. Yeah, that’s a good idea. First is, Trump is mentioned 38,000 times. Is it? I thought it was 32. Wow. 38, many more thousands than I anticipated. Is it more than anybody else? Probably, I would assume. I mean that’s so many times. Yeah, pretty much. But again, these are not necessarily emails between him and Epstein. FBI references, this is like anything. But I did the best I could on this. There’s no verified public record showing that he’s been mentioned 38,000 times.

Ooh. Oh really? Where maybe someone just pumped this into AI and just spit it out, or somebody just put it out on social media for some momentum. Maybe we should put out 75,000 times. What I’ve noticed is that it’s specialists on news outlets who say, based on my estimates. Oh god. So that’s how you name 38,000 times. That’s how you can say it without getting nuked. You’re like, my own personal opinion is. They reviewed like 50 documents and then they’re like, let me calculate this based on a 6 million multiplier. He’s one of every 27 documents. So I can’t verify that’s real.

Okay, that’s important. So if somebody ever brings it up to you, be like, no, because if you were to go to the Epstein site on the DOJ, it’s not going to give you a count. It’ll just be pages and you have to physically count. Unless you had some AI bot. By now there’s definitely some AIs that have been created out of this, scraping it. There’s even a website, I think I mentioned this last time, some guy recreated a Gmail account that you can go in there and look at the emails. Although it doesn’t really matter. Whatever the number is, if it’s 10,000, 20,000, 50,000, 100,000, I don’t know if it does matter. Especially compared to other names dropped in there or other references.

No, but sorry, real quick, the thing that boggles me is, so Trump’s in there that many times, but somehow we don’t know who’s actually in the emails, who these email contacts are. Who are the people who are like, thanks so much for the grape soda and the pizza globe. Bondi knows. And screw her too. Cash Patel knows. And honestly, Dan Bongino. Dan Bongino knows for sure he knows. Yeah, was he, or did he already have Kash on the show? He did have them already. I didn’t watch it. I’m going to watch it this weekend. Sounds like a big propaganda podcast. True. Just like the last one where he’s like, I’m back, there was nothing on the Epstein, he’s just like, move on. He’s really good at talking. He’s a podcaster. It’s almost like he’s a really big podcaster. Like a good one. Making millions.

But no, you know how people can take one sentence and turn it into an hour episode. Meanwhile us, I’m like, we got eight more minutes, come on please, stretch that. But again, also, you know what’s strange in this whole thing, is I haven’t seen anybody come out and say, how many times was Bill Clinton in the Epstein files? True. Well the thing is, is he referenced by name or is he redacted? Bill, Bubba. Yeah. See, that’s why it’s like the big guy. I’ll say my thoughts on it at the end. He’s on hella images. Got like living there. He’s got more images. He’s like renting a space there actually. That would be a better statistic than ever mentioned, is how many images. How many images are you in? I think it’s a far better indicator.

All right, internet sleuths, what I want to know is who is the top person in images. And if you do, you get a shout out. The first person to provide us with accurate intel gets a huge shout out on the pod. So this Q and A is also like rumors. Sure, of course, this whole thing is rumors. So another rumor is that FBI agents worked around the clock to scrub Trump’s name out. Well, he’s in it 38,000 times. They clearly didn’t scrub him out. He’s in there. That’s a lie. 38,000 times, would you scrub? I couldn’t find anything that actually substantiated that. Well, if they scrubbed, meaning that they redacted him, then we wouldn’t know. But to Sean’s point, he was mentioned. It’s like, that’s a terrible scrub, you fire those guys.

Well, what if it was like 100,000, and they’re like, boss, we brought it down to 38. He’s like, you know what, I’ll take that. That’s actually a good point, I didn’t even think about it like that. What if they scrubbed the bad stuff? No. I mean, I guess it’s possible. It’s not impossible, that’s for sure.

There’s another rumor that on Epstein Island in the raid, they found Trump branded condoms. What? That’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard. If you brand your own condom, just die now, just stop living. But that’s ridiculous. I couldn’t find anything. Trump brand. But also, how would someone know that? How would someone have intel on that? Where’s this intel coming from? It’s also so obscure. Why would you have a condom branded with your name on it? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of.

I don’t know. Like I need my own condom, they need to know. Now keep in mind, let’s go back to the mindset of Trump. He probably didn’t think he was going to go into politics. Think about this for a second. Go back to the 90s and the 80s. He was all about getting ass. Oh dude, for sure. He was all about what he was about. Billionaire playboy. Yes. But why do you need condoms with your name? Everyone knows it’s you. It’s there’s no, every man, that’s his personality. He needs buildings with his name, he needs clothes with his name. The more you talk about it, the more I’m like, okay maybe this is legit. Trump Tower, Trump Academy. That’s right. He’s got his own coin now.

I hate it, I really do, I dislike it. I mean, the dude does stuff, like I say all the time, the dude does stuff that I’m like, okay cool, I’m behind that, but then he does stuff I’m like, what are you doing, stop. Why do you got to take two steps forward, two steps back, stop it, what the hell are you doing bro? It’s this weird legacy thing. Like you want it all. You notice even Obamacare, that’s a legacy thing. You didn’t need to call it that. No, it’s a legacy thing. I think everyone who goes into politics is a narcissist. Reaganomics, Obamacare. Well, see, but if you look at politics today, politics today aren’t the, Bush. What? I was trying to figure out one for Bush, but Bush doesn’t care.

I think the fact that George W. served two terms in office is wild, beyond my comprehension. What were our parents thinking? The dude has an IQ of like 50. I love him though, I really actually enjoy him, because he’s so insane. Proof of how rigged it is. One of my favorite videos of all time is when Bush is having a press conference and the dude takes off his sandal and flings it at Bush, and he dodges it, and he stood up and then continues with the press conference. I was like, dude, finally this is interesting. My favorite is when he says, fool me once, can’t get fooled again. So many good sound bites. One of my favorite J. Cole songs takes that. So true.

Remember when he did, it was like the war on terror, the terrorizers. And he’s super dead serious, he’s like, you know what, we’re going to go in, we’re going to get these guys, but now let me hit this drive. But now let me hit this drive. Like pops out, now I’m going to hit this drive. I literally think, the fact, I cannot even imagine that was real. People might look back in 200 years and be like, how the hell did this guy run the strongest country in the universe? How did he win?

Although, we should do an episode, he didn’t technically win. Oh no, because the whole Florida recount with Al Gore. Al Gore won the popular vote that year. And then they recounted Florida like three times. So he did win though after the recount. Three times though. Like, count it again, count it 100 times until it’s right. Keep counting it.

The other rumor is that multiple women who accuse Trump are dead or seemingly murdered or suicide. Which ones? Again, multiple. But yeah, well Virginia Giuffre, but Virginia Giuffre was the opposite. She was the opposite, I know. Again, no documented evidence supporting a murder pattern. If anything, the Clinton crew has more of a pattern. The cook, the cleaner, everyone’s getting offed.

Okay, the next one is very circumstantial and just creepy, which is that everything you know about Trump, and his quote of grabbing her by the, and his quote about Epstein saying he likes him younger than I do, things like that, is that he literally went out and bought the teen beauty pageants. Yeah, that was weird, that’s super weird. And there’s a couple supposed incidents within that. These are public allegations. Some former Miss Teen USA contestants say that Trump entered dressing rooms while they were changing. Gross. Trump himself went on Howard Stern and he said that he could go backstage because he owned them.

I owned them. Owned. Oh, like the pageants, the kids. Okay, I was like, what the. Again, he means the kids, he means the whole thing. Yeah, I own them. That’s gross, it’s gross. There’s no way fans, you cannot explain your way around. No, that’s disgusting, disgusting. Yeah, the fact he said it, that’s not rumored, that’s on you bro, said it, that’s disgusting.

Back on the banishment of Epstein from Mar-a-Lago. One rumor is that one of the minors was quote unquote stolen by Epstein. Wait, what? Not metaphorically stolen from me, like recruited but. Oh okay, I was like, what. And maybe we should have brought it up when we were talking about that. I see, because he did say poaching, right? Okay, but he’s like, oh you poached one of my girls. Okay, I see. That’s also disgusting. Again, speculative. Like this is what caused the feud. Exactly, the real, it wasn’t the property, it wasn’t anything, it’s like he stole one of my girls.

Here’s what we do know, so here are facts, in quote unquote summary of this whole thing. Socially, they knew each other in the late 80s and 90s. Fact, 100% fact. Actual fact. In 2002, praise. He basically said he was a great guy. Yeah, he did say, that is a praise, 100% a praise. 2002, said he’s really fun to hang out with, great guy, I think he used the word great guy. Multiple flights aboard the aircraft, proven, proven, proven.

Supposed recruitment narrative intersecting with Mar-a-Lago. Now when I say supposed, Maxwell confirms that there were people who were victims who also worked at Mar-a-Lago at some point in their life. Meaning like Virginia Giuffre. So there’s a connection between Mar-a-Lago and, even if we put aside the fact that quote unquote their rift was that they were stolen, they still worked there. So there is the connection. That’s the only thing that we can confirm, is there is a connection, they also work there.

We do know there was a falling out in the early 2000s. There are two sets of civil allegations that explicitly link both men with graphic depictions of sexual misconduct. Right, because there’s the Jane Doe complaint and the Stacy Williams complaint. Then the massive DOJ releases with his name a lot. That’s really all I got. You know what I’m saying? And if you’re a lawyer, what the hell are you supposed to do with this? What can you do?

Nothing. It’s all either circumstantial or nothing concrete, or just no evidence. There’s no like, you know, there’s no rape kit done where they’re getting cells or DNA. And it sucks that, even with the 2016 one, it was so long ago, it’s not even, oh we can analyze the clothing she was wearing. Do you have anything tangible to use? But should they at least interview her? 100%, 100 percent. I’ll interview her. Yeah, come to the podcast. Seriously.

What it does not show is any criminal charge against Trump in regards to the Maxwell trafficking. There’s no corroboration or judicial validation of the graphic details alleged in the two civil claims, because they were dropped. Yeah, they were dropped by the plaintiff. We don’t know if there was some sort of backdoor deal done though, like hey here’s cash, shut up, hush money. I mean, we do know, and we didn’t bring it up, is the porn star. Yeah, forget her name. There was actual hush money. There was a settlement, but it wasn’t underage. No, hush money, it was like, hey I banged the hell out of you. For all intents and purposes, she’s, I mean, I’m not trying to degrade her, but she’s a sex worker. She works in the sex industry. That’s what it is, call a spade a spade.

So the Trump Epstein story is defined by proximity, documented social overlap, shared travel, shared physical settings, later distancing, and two specific civil allegations containing graphic descriptions of sexual misconduct. It is also defined by what the record has never produced, which is a criminal case, an indictment, a trial, or any finding of guilt against Trump arising from Maxwell’s, or against anyone. Jesus, that’s the problem. Exactly, against anyone. Investigate, do something.

But again, we went back to the rage of the fact that because Epstein died before trial, he couldn’t name names. And millions of pages now are released piecemeal, almost like dumped out on the lap of the public, but because, you remember we brought it up, nobody knows what to do anymore, even the government, and they’re like, screw it, just take it. We’re going to figure it out. We’re going to redact everything. You won’t know what’s happening. We’ll just tell you what’s happening without you knowing what’s happening. But this piecemeal stuff also includes unvetted public tips, as we went over. Exactly.

The narrative continues to evolve, but the legal and evidentiary line between documented association and proven participation in criminal conduct has never been crossed in any court. And so that’s where we stand come today, which is that yes, there are instances of creepy activity for sure. And the fact that everybody knows, we know Trump was a certain way in the 80s, 90s, and maybe even 2000s. 100%, that’s a fact, the dude was a hound. Scoundrel hound, whatever the word is. Just didn’t give a damn. I don’t like that part about him. I don’t like it at all. But that doesn’t mean that they were underage.

No, this is not me saying, oh he’s a pedophile. I’m just saying I don’t like that he was a womanizer. And that doesn’t help his case. It doesn’t at all, at least in the court of public opinion. But here’s the thing, when I was younger, I was a womanizer, I was just doing my thing, and I would convince girls that I was really interested in them on a deep level and then I would get what I was after and then just dip. But does that make me a shitty human being? Yeah. Because I was young and stupid. Obviously Trump wasn’t young at this time when he was doing this. But being a womanizer is one thing, being a pedophile is a different thing, it’s unforgivable.

I think there should be public executions for pedophiles, regardless of your standing in society. I don’t give a damn, you’re the president, you’re emperor, you’re god, public execution. 100% agree. Screw you. I just don’t think there’s enough to. Is there enough to convince you of anything? Not necessarily try him or even convict him. You know what there is enough of? Like to cause a doubt, to cause you to question him. Here’s where I question him, and this is where I am very unpleased, is the fact that this brush off, it needs to, why are we still talking about this? Oh, it’s a, him calling it oh it’s a Democrat hoax and all this. Yeah dude, I’m sorry but screw you. Like, no, we’re not going to get over it. This is not something you get over. Also, you don’t get over this.

Also, a lot of people elected him on the basis of, there was going to be transparency. Not even transparency, we wanted fire and brimstone. I wanted heads on the pike, medieval stuff. Also, we posted something, what is it, yesterday or today, about how JP Morgan settled, 250 million, 290 million. Which, maybe it’s not some big celeb, but the banking is in there. And what Eric posted was, an innocent person doesn’t settle for $290 million. No, I’m not going to give 290 because I’m innocent. I’m fighting that to the death. I’ll lose the 290 in court before I pay it out.

So I just think that, it’s the, I think I made an example of this where, let’s say you’re the supervisor, and then one of the people that you supervise does something messed up, let’s say they made some safety thing, well that falls on you. You’re their supervisor, you’re responsible for making sure they know what to do and they do their job. Inevitably, even though you didn’t personally do it, it’s your fault. And this is why I go back to this whole Trump thing. It’s like, yeah sure, you’re not the DOJ, but you run it, you’re the president. They’re listening to you. You’re the person that has to take responsibility for it, because it’s happening under your watch, and nothing’s happening. So it’s de facto your fault.

But also, back to an innocent person how they react, or a guilty person how they react. When you’re guilty and you’re being questioned, you’re like, oh somebody’s about to find out something, and you’re trying to deflect, and that’s what it seems like from his side, or a lot of his team’s side, is like, don’t worry about it, move on, everybody needs to move on. Dude, that Pam Bondi deflection pissed me off. Oh, the Dow. Look at the Dow. I’m like, who, we’re not talking about the Dow. That song stuck in my head. I love that song. The Dow is 50,000 now. You guys need to go check out our Instagram if you haven’t heard this song. 50,000 now. It’s just like, dude, I hate that, doing that.

You know what, why is he not pushing for more convictions and actually going out, going over what we went over today? Okay, there’s not something where you’re going to be like, oh there’s the smoking gun, or there’s him being mentioned with underage kids. But there is definitely others in these Epstein files that are talking about, oh your little girl was awesome, or I love your little girl, your littlest girl, or whatever that one is, and it’s redacted. You don’t know who that is. Why are you not going after those people? Oh dude.

And why are you not being more direct about going after and getting some convictions out of this? Because that’s what the public wants, number one. Number two, that’s the right thing to do legally especially. And also, if you’re not guilty or you’re not worried about somebody finding out something about you, then you would push more for that. Also, what happened to draining the swamp? That, we’ll see. The swamp, you would think the dirtiest of the swamp is pedophilia. Oh, that’s like the bottom. Then we could get into financial crimes, we’ll go up from that.

There was nothing, there wasn’t someone we’re fighting against. And unfortunately, the most unifying thing of anything is when you’re fighting against a common enemy. It’s their common goal, it unifies the thing. Look at what happened at 9/11. It’s such a unifying moment. Obviously it was a tragedy and I’m not saying it’s a good thing, it was terrible, but it brought everyone together. And obviously you were fighting against the British, it brought the country together. We had a common goal, common purpose. But now we don’t, we don’t have a common purpose. And you know what the common purpose is now? Screw the other side. Screw the Democrats, screw the Republicans. That’s what the common purpose is. Literally. Everybody is on their own.

You know, that’s the sad part about it. I have conversations with people about this all the time, that I think capitalism is great, but I also think it’s terrible. It’s a gift and a curse. It’s like, I love the fact that me as a virtual nobody who never finished college, I have the ability to make infinite money, and I make good money. But on the flip side of that is the corruption that comes with capitalism. Is that money is everything. Money is life, money is god. And that money can buy you anything. And so, we can get into this philosophical stuff, but the fact is, the people who are running this country, the government, is not even remotely close to the best of us. In a sense, they’re the worst of us. Our government is the worst of us. The absolute worst.

That being said, like we’ve said even in this episode, this is still the greatest country. So we still have the greatest system. We have the most opportunity anywhere. We’re the most diverse country on the planet. So, but the thing is, our government is literally run off bribes. The entire government is a giant bribery ring under the guise of lobbying. It’s a giant bribery ring. Well, it’s not even just lobbying. It’s like, oh you want to get elected? How are you going to fund your campaign? Do you have $20 billion for your campaign? Of course you don’t, nobody does. So you got to do me a solid, you agree you’re going to do this, and we’ll fund you. Oh, the super PAC wants you, well we’re going to need this. The whole thing is a scam. It’s like the mob. Our government is the mob. It’s like a legal mob.

Well, in the final thought of it all, I think we posted something on our social recently, which was, the only thing that we do see happening here with this whole Epstein files release is that when people are loud about it, it demands action. 100%. And so really, the question of, well what can we do? Get loud, baby. All we can do is go, okay, what’s the line in the sand? What is right and what is wrong? And then we can be loud about demanding it to be known. And demanding justice, or demanding that we’re held to be accountable.

For sure. I mean, if you took all the government and all the politics away, it’s like, we’re people, right? And so as people, we have a moral code that we set as a human society. And that’s how it was when we were cavemen. It was like, yo, don’t steal my yam and I won’t bash your skull. This is simple, it’s that easy. Stay away from my wife. It’s literally that simple, that basic. And it’s hard to believe that it’s that difficult to put into action. It’s like, hey man, treat your fellow man with respect. Allow them to do what they want to do, and you are allowed to do what you want to do. Money and power makes people crazy, dude. It does, man, it changes everything. There’s a reason there’s a saying, money is the root of all evil.

Well, I hope you enjoyed the episode, and if you’re at the end of this going, well what can I do, again all we can say is just be loud in what you believe in. 100%. Regardless of what you believe in, even if it doesn’t agree with us, who gives a damn. Express your beliefs. Talk to your man. As things unfold, we’ll do more episodes, we’ll try to take apart what is coming out. This is all brand new stuff. But obviously guys, we try to be as non-biased as we can. But regardless of anything, we are here to express our opinions and we want you to express your opinions. We are three friends and we like to just talk about stuff, and we want you to talk about stuff too. So even if you don’t like us, please comment, tell us what you think. Tell us what you think we got wrong, tell us what you think we got right.

The reason I say that is because we get a lot of people who write in, and they think that we’re some type of way, and that’s okay. I’m not here to tell you how to feel, how to think. That’s not my job, that’s your job. But that’s okay, as long as you just keep listening, keep interacting, take it all. Yeah, we’ll take it.
